Jorj: Thanks for stopping by.. I am very glad that you have started the program and that you've finished your first week.. I can't wait to see your transformation and in 60 and 90 days you will be smiling BIG in your pics

RockSuperStar: That is GREAT that you and your husband are doing this together. Honestly, I did the first 90 days by myself and then Ashley (my wife) joined me for the second round which we just finished... It has had such a positive effect on our marriage and I can definately tell that she sees me in a different light... not that she didn't love me, because she did, but I think she has so much respect for me now and I am proud that we are taking this journey together.

Don't worry about posting your pics right now.. just keep pushing play and there will be a point where you want to put the pics up. I didn't post a single pic on here til day 120.. But by all means, do yourself a favor and take the pics and measurements every 30 days.. it helps keep you focused and helps motivate you and encourage you and is a great way to see that your work is honestly bringing results..

6 days in is GREAT.. before you know it that 6 is 30 and that 30 is 60 and then you have completed the first round I can't wait to see your results and I am excited for you and your husband... if I can be of any assistance don't hesitate to ask.
