There seems to be contradictory information in the diet plan right off the bat - can someone explain this to me? For example, I am supposed to have 3 dairy products. Yet, in their reommended Fat Shredder plan - Day 1 (page 21) the mushroom omelet is worth 2 dairy, and then for lunch the chef salad has 2 dairy. So between breakfast and lunch I am already at 4 dairy - 1 over the recommended amount. Also, Day 1 says to have 1 cup of strawberries. According to the book this only equals a 1/2 serving of fruit, and I am supposed to have 1 complete serving. No where during the rest of the meal plan for day 1 do they incorporate more fruit. Also, the book states that V-8 juice equals a vegetable, but it does not tell you what size container - 5oz, 11oz, 16oz? This is only my first day and if there are already this many inconsistencies, I am worried. Someone please help?!? |
