Awesome! I'm glad you would like a buddy! This is going to be great! I did abs 10 and Recharge today and it felt great! I find Rechargeto be a mini version of Yoga X! Just what I needed! I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my six pack which is a goal to have by the completion of this program!! Bowlers lunge is tough and my legs burn everytime I do those!! Burn Intervals is a tough workout to but the calorie burn is great!

Hey prettycat what are you trying to accomplish with this program? Iwant to lose 5 more lbs, tone up, and get flat abs (six pack). What is your favorite workout so far and what day are you on? I love burn interals and the ab burner too! The ab burner from Chalean is really effective and I can feel a definite difference in my abs muscles from just a few workouts! I also use shakeology and drink the Chocolate for breakfast everyday with either almond milk or water. I hope all is well and keep pushing play we can do it!!

Hey there! I am finishing the ChaLEAN Extreme program this month and I will be beginning the hybrid. It's queued for August 11th but I would love to be a workout buddy as well. Even though I'm starting a month later. I have done some Turbofire workouts during this program to get a feel for them and they are so fun! I still have a whole lot of weight to lose coming into the last couple of weeks of ChaLEAN Extreme.

Welcome Julie!! I am on Week 3 day 6 and the more the merrier here!! Let's do this!!!

Today I completed Burn Circuit 3 and Stretch10. I actually feel fantastic today and decided to go BIG today. For the squat excercises (sumo squat, lunge, calf raises etc) I used 20 lb. weights. I usually go with 12.5 lbs. because that is the maximum I have for my adjustable weights. My husband decided to lend me his and I used the 20 lbs. for all the lower body excercises! I am now using 5 to 7 lbs for the shoulder excercises when I used to 2.5 lbs. I am seeing progress and it is motivating me to push harder! Hey workout buddies I hope you are bringing it as well. I am drinking my P90X results and recovery drink now..Yummy! Push play everyday!!!!! Have a great Sunday everyone!

I just finished Get Lean Intervals and man I am drippin'! Feels great tho. I have about 2 weeks left before I complete ChaLEAN Extreme and I'm pumped to start the Hybrid!

That seems like a really good weight amount for the Burn Circuit workouts. I can't wait to see how heavy you go during the Push Circuits. Those are my absolute favs! I use 3 resistance bands instead of weights. I would love some adjustable weights but I'm working with what I have and it's easy to make the moves more difficult. I'm about to have my own little recovery snack because I am totally zonked as Tony Horton would say! Cheers to a fantastic start to a new week!

Great job Julie!! How was your weekend? My was great family fun with a graduation party, 1st birthday party and swimming! I did manage to get my workouts in too! I really like the burn intervals as the cardio is intense for me and the recovery with the weight lifting is awsesome! Today is another ab workout and day 7 of week 3. Tuesday I start the transition week which looks a lot more cardio then I saw in the previous 3 weeks of Recovery. I am excited to get more acquainted with the workouts as they look like a lot of fun! Keep pushing play you are so close to the finish line!!!!

My weekend was pretty quiet. I'm coming to the end of my summer vacation then it's back to college August 27th for my senior year! Super excited. So most days around here are pretty quiet and relaxed.

The interval workouts are a real challenge but I love how they're set up. Mainly because I love lifting. The Burn It Off! and Fat Burn Challenge-the pure cardio ones-are probably the most challenging to me because I've always lifted and I've never been into any type of cardio. Until I tried Turbo of course! I could do that all day long.

I'm actually coming up on a huge milestone. I'm really close to being under 200 lbs and I haven't been for about 2 years now. That doesn't seem like a long time but it sure feels like it! So I'm so excited to see that! That was actually my SMART goal for the month of July. So it's really two big deals in one. Accomplishing a goal I set for myself and then making it down to onederland. It feels so amazing!

Today scheduled is Lean Circuit 3 and it's TIME TO GET EXTREME BABY.

I am in week 3 day 7 today of the turbofire/chalean hybrid! I am loving it and can't wait to get into more turbo workouts. All of us can keep each other accountable and celebrate our accomplisments together!

And speaking of accomplishments....

Wow what a milestone that is! And what a great feeling once you get there!! What weight were you when you started? I lost 17 lbs after having my son and finishing round 1 of P90X and still want to lose an additional 5 to 7 during this program. Please let me know when you get there!!! We can each have a protein smoothie that day to celebrate! Keep getting extreme you are so close!!! emoticon

Today I completed Abs 10 and Stretch 40. What a relaxing day and the end of the recovery week for me. Now starting tomorrow is transition week with more turbofire routines. I am going to start bringing it hard tomorrow! Let's do this ladies!!

@Val- I was a little over 210 when I started. It changed day to day. I'm hoping to accomplish onederland by the end of this week. U will definitely know when this happens! U will be a disturbance in the Fitness Force!! I am so thrilled to be so close! I have a lot more to lose after that. I had to bulk up muscle-wise when I was younger to play softball so I have a ton of muscle in my thighs. This really throws off what my healthy weight should be. So I'm not sure exactly how much weight I have to lose. I'm pretty sure I can get down to 150 at least because I was 170 a few years ago and a bit chubby. My main concentration is getting a healthy body fat percentage and the rest will come in my opinion.

I forgot about my eye doctor appointment today and because of that I've had to put off my workout until pretty late tonight but I'm definitely going to get in my lifting. It's 11pm as I post this but extreme is going to happen tonight! I promise!

Hey ladies! I just finished Burn It Off! and Recharge for ChaLEAN Extreme! I finally finished the entire workout WITHOUT STOPPING! I did exchange Fat Burn Challenge last week but this week I had something to prove! I kept thinking about being in the 100's weight-wise. Every ounce of pain that went through my body during that workout, I told myself "The harder you push, the closer it gets to where you want it to be." I have never been so focused on a workout before. I hope everyone had a most excellent workout tonight as well!!

Great job Julie! You will get there this week with such a great attitude and desire!!! I took a day off yesterday but doubling up today to make up for it. Fire 45, HIIT 15 and Stretch 10 today. Loading up on energy and endurance before the workout. This is my first turbofire routine as well as HIIT so I hope I can keep up!!! I am not a good dancer either so there maybe some comic relief in it for me as well!! emoticon I will check back in with my results! Bring it you always have more!!!! Val

Hey Day 22 was an unexpected rest day due to me having to work 14 hours! So today, Day 23, I wanted to double up on my workouts. I am supposed to do Fire 45 and HIIT 15 today. Well this was my first scheduled turbofire workout today. I did it with the instructions because I have never been too good with rythmn! WoW! I think I need dance classes to just keep up with Chalean! The music is fun and the workout is no joke! Although I looked like a fish out of water I did complete the 45 minute workout. (I should have videotaped it and sent to America's Funniest Home Video!!) I loaded up on energy and endurance before. After that workout I think I will leave the HIIT15 for the afternoon cause I am drenched in sweat and burnt out!!! I managed to burn 695 calories which is amazing to me. I am taking my results and recovery now. It will take me awhile to get the moves down but this seems really fun and will definitely be the burn I am looking for. I'm glad that I started with the hybrid because I also still need the lifting to keep my muscle tone. Bring it today everyone!!!

@Val Good job keeping yourself accountable and getting your workouts in! Turbo is a little bit crazy at first but doing the New to Class versions of the exercises are perfect for learning the moves. And look how many calories you burned! Imagine when you get the moves down! Which of course you will in time. They are so much fun and it's so much better than doing plyo for an hour. HIIT 15 is the most difficult HIIT workout even though it's the shortest. HIIT 20 and 25 are low impact HIIT workouts so they're actually a little bit easier but still super intense! I hope you enjoy it! Congrats on Day 22!

Today's my scheduled rest day so I'm doing Lean Circuit 1 tomorrow. I only have to do all the workouts 2 more times then done! So excited! Ready for the hybrid

I just finished HIIT 15 and wow 176 cals burned in 15 mins! I love that one and can't wait to do it again KPP!!

Day 24: I am a little sore from my double workout yesterday but I still wanted to push play today....NO EXCUSES!! I completed fire 30 and ab igniter today. I didn't feel so awkward today when do the fire drills..which by the way I love!!! The workout went by quick and it was fun!! I love the class atmosphere and everyone is so pumped up during the workouts that it is motivating to me! I managed to burn 549 calories today too! I drank energy and endurance before and P90X results and recovery afterward. Shakeology for today will be chocolate with almond milk for lunch!

@Julie bring it today in your workout you can do it!

@Val Way to work it girl! I'm glad you love Turbo! I can't wait to get the hybrid started and pump up some Turbofire! How do you like the Results and Recovery Formula? Does it really help? I usually do protein shakes with some fruit to replenish my muscles and my glycogen that I burn off. But I've kinda been switching around trying to find my niche. Also, is Shakeology worth the big bucks? I've been wanting to try it but I'm so darn cheap seeing that number scares me a bit lol.

I did my Lean Circuit 1 today and for some reason I was failing on every single exercise using the same resistance I used last week. Last week when I did this workout I completed all 12 reps every time. But like she says it's good to FAIL in those lifting workouts. Rest day tomorrow.
