Hi everybody!

I just started Slim in 6 yesterday and I'm still not able to get through all of the 'Start It Up' portion. But I'm sticking with it and I'm going to keep doing it until I can. If I stay with the program longer than 6 weeks, that's not a bad thing, is it?

I have a video channel on YouTube that I have used for tabletop role-playing games and I'm going to use that to start vlogging on health and fitness. I am also walking, swimming, and I'm taking Shakeology. Blogging here as well, but I think the videos will help me stay accountable to myself just as much.

If anybody has advice for additional workouts that go well with Slim in 6 or dietary ideas or if you just want to throw me a little positive feedback, please let me know. Still very new at this.

Hey there Brian.

I just started Slim in 6 as well! It looks like were both starting with similar body types and abilities. Debbie's workouts are tough and I think Slim in 6 is a fine place to get warmed up so to speak.

Hey guys! I am also starting out. I am on day 5( I should be day 7 but I missed two days already :wackoemoticon.

I hope you guys stick with it. I can already see improvements in my lunges and squats to the point where I plan to start Ramp it Up tonight/tomorrow. It is a little longer than Start it up and after last night's workout, I was actually ready for more.. lol

I did SI6 before years ago and got pretty results without even making it to week 5 so I am trying again with the goal to conquer week 6 to prep for P90x starting early Sept.

Lets just say, i didn't make it past the first couple of days. I'm doing SI6 with my sister so it will be nice to have that extra motivation, but i would love to have some more motivation on here! So feel free to add me and we can motivate each other to our goals! emoticon

Omg, I did the same I tried insanity before slim n 6 but it was quiet hard for me so now I have this si6. I will motivate u this time really I wish that I can make it thru.... So I have a question for u, did u start with 6 days express diet plan coz I did and am struggle with this plan it's very hard on me I even cheat on the first day 2 day is the second day and I stopped the diet.
From where did u begin need it advice.

I just started myself and the diet is killing me lol I hope you are doing well thus far. The workout itself is hard the first week or so but as long as you push yourself and know your worth the results your going to see, you cant lose. I also have started the Shakeology series as well and although they are better than any slim fast shakes Ive had, its still really hard without my chips and dip! Good lucj with your goals!!!
