I hope you guys stick with it. I can already see improvements in my lunges and squats to the point where I plan to start Ramp it Up tonight/tomorrow. It is a little longer than Start it up and after last night's workout, I was actually ready for more.. lol
I did SI6 before years ago and got pretty results without even making it to week 5 so I am trying again with the goal to conquer week 6 to prep for P90x starting early Sept.
