Well I had 3 failed rounds of P90X. I gained muscle but didn't follow the nutrition. Once i committed to it for a round of P90X2 I lost all the fat. So I wasn't as big but I was still was fat! I lost about 12% body fat in 1 round.
Better to
gain muscle then
loose it. Muscle takes longer to build then fat does to burn.
I know one of the first mistakes I made was under eating. Definitely lost more muscle then necessary. I could kick myself in the ass for it too.
