I just completed Rev Abs. I like the program as it focuses on abs but is a total body program. I'd continue doing Phase 3 but I probably should change workouts. I have P90X, P90X plus, 10 Minute Trainer, and Rev Abs. I am starting to do P90X Plus doubles but I was wondering if anyone can come up with a hybrid including Rev Abs. I like the 40 minutes workouts in my schedule.

My goal is to get more ripped.

This may not be what you wanted. Since you liked rev abs, I would suggest actually trying to find a capoeira group in your area. Although some are less hardcore than others it is one of the best workouts I have ever found. Now; these classes won’t be 40 minutes long, they will however increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and even rhythm. I personally know people who have lost 70 - 80 lbs doing capoeira. I know others who have turned "bear bellies" into twelve pack abs as well. Much of what you will do will also takes a lot of upper body strength.

Hey!! Congrats on finishing up Rev Abs!! It's an awesome all body workout like you said! How have your results been? I have a hybrid of Rev Abs and P90X if you'd like me to message it to you--I always like a little variety just to keep the workouts challenging, and it also helps me from getting bored :p Are you following one of the nutrition guides or mixing them? I'd love to know how it is going! Just let me know if you'd like me to send you the hybrid too--most of the workouts are about 40 minutes.

Are you using a schedule in the Wowy Supergym? You won't use any of the Full Throttle DUD's until Phase 3! I will send you a buddy request so we can do the workouts together as I just started Phase 2!
