Hey everybody! Need a little extra boost of motivation and support? It doesn't matter what BB program you are doing (I've done some P90X, finished the 12 week Turbofire schedule and I've just started Les Mills Combat) or even if you aren't doing one now. If you are moving or want to get started, being part of a group can help. I find my greatest success comes from being accountable. I am here to offer support and motivation and receive it in return.

ACCOUNTABILITY + SUPPORT + MOTIVATION= SUCCESS

accountability day 12 hybrid (CLX/insanity/BBL/HHA) HHA total body burn 2! that was nice! felt little like burn intervals from CE but more ab work, not as intense. very decent and fun!! I wore my weighted gloves or it would not have been enough. Nothing close to insanityemoticon did it early, so lots of energy for the rest of the day.

made cinnamon rolls, cut up chickens, made sloppy joes for freezer, fixing food for the weekend, will have 16 family around, fair one night, one lake day, then a going away party for step MIL who is moving to be close to her kids. (we will miss her) Then packing to go to get camper, then 10 day trip. We leave early on Monday. thanks to Chalean book push, I think I am organized emoticon we'll see!!

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee GOT IT! I've got a challenge group starting on August 20th as well, so far I've got 2 doing P90x and 1 doing Insanity, so I will invite them to join this thread also!

Hey Gina! You are so right. Accountability is what helped me through Insanity the first time! I could not have done it without a thread and group like you have here. Keep pushing forward!

accountability day 13 CE/insanity/BBL hybrid Push 3 done! yeah did bench press with 25's, and in the sumo squats did 10 easy (suppose to do 8 and be wasted), need to buy 30's. wish I would have known how far I would get when started and bought the adjustable wts. oh well, live and learn! shaken arms feels soooo good!

Hey Kip! We all have days like that. That's what this board is for... To help you get back up after a rough day. How did today go? I apologize for not posting until now. 5+ hours in the car today to get to our vacation spot. I will be more diligent now that we're settled. What program are you doing? Why was yesterday so bad?
