Do you have them? Or do you completely cut out the junk food 100%?

I originally allowed myself one cheat meal per week (fast food or other ... etc..)

but I feel SO guilty when I do it!!!! emoticon

Jenn! I don't think you need to feel SO guilty! I have read in SO MANY legit, respectable sources that a CHEAT MEAL (which is NOT the same thing as a cheat DAY) is totally, 100% A-OK! And encouraged! It helps you to not binge. Chalene says she has a "cheat" skinny margarita every month when she's on a date night with her hubster. And talks about other "cheats" she has throughout the year for special occasions... So I think it's totally OK! It would be even better if you planned ahead and did an extra workout that week and figured out how many "extra" calories you burnt, and plan your cheat calories that way. I know an Insanity workout (from month 1) would let me burn 600cal. I could have a 600cal meal that week if I did an extra one. Works for me!!!

Buddy me and let's chat!!!

Cheat meals are perfectly okay, most recommend one a week. No one is perfect, but be mindful of what you're eating.

Sincerely,

I do have my cheat moments, when I even sometimes skip workout and watch movie on a couch emoticon Anyway, they let me feel free to do what i want, and then I later discover I want nice body more then a movie, more then a piece of cake emoticon But it takes a little cheating to find out that I really want back on truck with my calories and my workouts emoticon

It's a good thing that you feel very guilty doing it because that means you've already kicked the back eating habit that everybody seems to be born with. I haven't had a cheat meal since maybe last year. I've just really made it an obligation to keep my diet as clean as possible because I see much better progress with Beachbody programs when my diet is good.
