Well I think I am going to take you up on this! I have been trying to decide what program that I want to do and this one keeps popping into my head. I actually had really great results with this and TF last summer but have since gained some of the weight back and I am not near as strong as I was. I am looking to get back my lean physique that I was rocking last year. With these two programs I lost 24 pounds and 25 inches. That is what I am looking to do again. Right now I am around 167 and want to get down to 130 pounds or a size 4 which ever comes first. The thing I struggle with the most is how many calories to eat. I look forward to doing this program with you!

Those goals are def reachable as you know! :-) Are you taking any supplements? Do you know how many calories you are currently taking in now on average? Perhaps we can narrow in on that and get you practicing with the nutrition prior to starting the challenge? What do you think?
