AWESOME!

I am only on day 3 and love everything about the program, even the pain I am feeling now from my leg day, lol.
I decided to cook a couple of meals in bulk, just in case I am unable to move after tonight’s workout.

Looking at the recipes, I am like these meals look awesome, so I went shopping and wah lah:


Everything tastes amazing, I also managed to make the meat balls and have the Beef and Salmon prepped. Hopefully the fam doesn't devour everything prior to me packing away in my new containers.

The meat balls taste amazing, and are now my go to snack. I had a little hiccup when making them and added a spice that was not listed, but it gave them the kick they needed. Just snacked on one.

Later I will make the beef and broccoli, salmon and shrimp if I am not too tired. Now I am as excited about the meals as I am about the workout, tackling Cardio today.

Feels great to mark another exercise off on the charts. I had to workout late due to all the cooking, but everything panned out. Looking forward to day 5.

Lpving everthing about this program, not any lighter, but it has only been 4 days. I do feel awesome, and that's what counts, all the extras will fall in line, I mean...I do have 90 days.

Awesome that your doing "Bodybeast". I am on day 11 of "Ultimate Reset" and was trying to decide if my next program would be "Les Mills Pump" or "Bodybeast" ? let me know how you like it? Love the "Gadgets" helping make your food prep easier.

I was debating whether to do Beast or Pump, I made the right decision, BB is awesome.
Today is day 5 and I am so excited about the workout. I do think doing the "Ultimate Reset" prior would have been a plus, how do you like it?

I love cooking and I am a techie at heart so kitchen gadgets are a part of the game, "Tupperware" has awesome goodies, I think I am done with Pampered Chef, lol.

Feeling amazing today, all the lower body soreness has resided, maybe not all, but I am able to go down stairs with less fuss. I may do a bit of TJ today to get some cardio in.
The scale is showing an increase, but no worries, after yrs of tracking, I know at the start of any program it is up for the 1st 2 wks and then I get my loss.

My day 5 workout update has been getting a lot of feedback about my muscles, this is surprising due to me being on workout hiatus because of the torn Achilles and the crutches. Maybe carrying my heavy a$$ around on the crutches was a great upper body workout.

I plan on generating a tracker and posting my workout sheets once I get home, maybe an Office D trip is warranted, if that kid Annie can make a video of her flying, I think I can streamline my exercise work sheets.

I am really dedicated to this program and ready to give it my all, proven by the profile pic update, lol.

Day 7 it starts again

Yesterday we went to our anni meal, "Chucky-E C", amazing how the anni restaurants change after having kids. It ended up being a good thing, the only thing I found remotely edible was the celery sticks (crisp and amazingly satisfying). The dressing was so watered down, it should have been in a sprayer, but no worries it kept me on track.

Hubby always complains about me not wearing my wedding rings (they do not fit after the weight loss) my fingers are really slim, so as a present to him I let him buy me a new band. It so simple and cute, it will never come off, unless I lose weight in the fingers again, lol.

Body Beast

I am thinking of doing the program early because I have to do the beginning of the week prep. My leave is done so I am wondering how things are going to go w/ doing beast post a 12 hour day with a college class thrown in.

Great workout tonight, I managed to go heavier, meals were on track and I am ready and prepped for the week. Lets see how this plays out.

Day 7 weigh-in 164, down 2 pounds for a week of BEAST, not bad.

Hubby says the same thing about the food pics, I just partook of the stockpile, so staying on track is a win, lol.

Thanx lady, I am about to tackle the beast in a minute, need that extra push, it's a leg day, blah.

Don't get me started on that cat, I have to fight her for the bench and then she sulks until I get off, lol.

So excited about getting to see your results and reconnecting, hold it down lady, our'e such a motivation.

Day 8 done

Tired but stayed on track, also managed to get a morning session of Turbo Jam in, go me, hopefully I can do a leg comparison tracker loaded.

The routine was less painful and I went up on the weights, still staying light, want to be able to walk tomorrow, down 1 lb. from yesterday, weighed post evening meal. Being at work really assists with shedding the unwanted loafer weight. First week of school done seven more to go...

Feeling great, another workout done, I really pushed myself because I thought I was going to reward myself w/ just a bit of Jambalaya. After the workout, I reconsidered and opted for shoes instead. $99 down to $59 and I had a 25% of coupon, luvs me some Bloomingdales, lol. The only size available was my size; I think the stars aligned due to me making the right decision. Down a total of 4 lbs as of today.

Who cares, my workouts are DONE! It hit me today, wow, I was so tired. Yesterday’s beast out had repercussions. My shoulders are killing me, and they are looking huge, lol. When I take off my ABU top you can see my lumpy back and traps. It's amazing how easy my body wants to build. It may be due to me leaning out a bit also, I look more define when I am not heavy. I am currently down 4.8, so I will have 10 lbs. to tackle and I will be back to where my body normally maintains. 151, once I am there then it will be time to really start this thing off. I started without much of a goal, I just want to see my body change, but the more I progress, the more I focus. I am really not focused on days, but progress, W2D3 seems a better gauge. I am getting excited about taking update pics, looking for the change, no matter how subtle.

One stressor done, now I can focus on my class and my routine, but most of all my family. Speaking of family, the hubs did Cardio and Abs w/ me... that was a vision.
I realized as he whipped the sweat from his head, grunted, looked over and started giving me the “side-eye” with the light bulb going on above his head,that he was thinking, ”My wife’s a BEAST.”

Almost got off track.

Yesterday I was completely exhausted and didn’t get home from work until 8 pm, I was so tired. I could not do anything but rest so no “Beast”. Luckily today was my rest day and I was able to get back on track. I’m feeling pretty awesome heading into week 3 of the program.
