Previewed the first workout, Chest and Triceps, this past weekend. Looks like with all the super sets..you end up really getting a good pump and workout. the warmup and cool down are nothing much, but looks like fun!

Day 1 of the Beast - Chest, Triceps, and Abs. Enjoyed the workout..just an old school type workout. Liked the Ab workout too...short and sweet! Heaviest DBs I lifted was 40s. No issues with using a stability ball and a chair. Also, I'm likeing the meal plan, although I won't consume as many calories cuz I'm doing the lean program. Will also incorporate 3 days of running...just my preference to keep up the cardio.

Day 5 complete - knocked out Beast Abs and Build Shoulders. I like the basic exercises of these two workouts...basic but effective. Feeling a little sore but it's a good sore.

Day 6 was a Rest Day...but I still went for an 8 mile run.

Day 7 was Chest and Tris (2nd time thru)...felt stronger and pushed myself more this 2nd time thru.

Day 8 - today will be Build Legs...Abs....and probably a descent run!

Day 21 - 10 Mile Run

Day 22 - Bulk Phase - Chest & Abs - Very short but intense workout...loved how it hit nothing but the chest. Also, finished up with Abs.

Bulk chest and beast abs this morning. Then threw in a 30 min run for good measure.

Hey Ed...no real change in my run times...Although I'm not much of a burner anyway. Lol.
