Can't do band cruch on Total body help!
I broke my tailbone when I was 14. Since then, I have had issues with it (sitting exercising etc). I am unable to sit at certain angles and rocking back and forth on it kills it! I am unable to do the band crunch on the Total Body workout because it bothers my tailbone. A mat does not help. I had the same problem with Turbo Jam and a similar exercise in the AB routine.

Any suggestions?

I'm curious too because my mother has the same problem (she is doing the Power 90). My best solution is the donut cushion (keeps pressure off the coccyx) but I'm worried this may affect the form.

I used to do that (and other moves) standing up. Mimic the form as much as possible and see how that works for you!

I know this thread is a few months old but in case you still wanted input from others I thought I'd reply anyway ;)

I've had similar issues with floor work on my back. I bought the thickest mat I could find at the time (5mm) and while it helped a "little" it wasn't enough. I find that in addition to the mat if you take a bath towel and fold it into thirds and place it under your hips/tailbone it makes a big difference without compromising the form.
