UR Poorly executed documentation

My wife is my coach and she and I both purchased the Ultimate Reset for each of us. When I log into my account, I just see my TeamBB portal home page. I added UR to my workouts but I still see nothing. This thread says that its tied to my email address. Obviously not. The documentation in the program is weak and only says to hit the UR.com site to "log in." This seems to be a typically poorly designed program once again from BB. For $230 I would assume that something as simple as a 3 page PDF or even a printed document with grocery list.

Please explain what I need to do to login.

There is an extensive support site for UR. You have to go to the UR page(not Team Beach Body)and sign in under "participate log in" to access. It has everything you could want, PDF's of all the shopping lists and electronic copies of the recipes. If also has links to the FB community pages. I have found the site very helpful...it even works on my iphone. Good luck with your reset!

There is no need to be rude, it clearly worked for me as I have all my print outs from the site and have all the shopping lists. I'm sorry it's not working for you, I was just trying to help.

I've had the same issue (I never went to IT though). I'm trying to not let that influence my view of the program, but it's definitely a sore point with me.

Strange. I haven't had any problems and it has worked even on my iphone. Wonder why the discrepancy. I will try again and see if it still works.

I also tried this morning as my wife and I want to start on monday. The same reported issue as above happens. I.E. I am sent back to my dashboard. I called coach relations and was told that it was perhaps due to the fact that we didn't start the program immediately ( we purchased it in Sept.). We tried clearing the browser cache,removing cookies and logging out and back in again even with two different browsers. None of that helped. He then advised me to talk to tech support but warned me that only one person works on the weekends... So.... My wife and I went through the menu plan and wrote down our shopping list for the first week. Hopefully this can get sorted out before we realize we made some mistakes in starting out. Stores are few and far between where we live!

Sorry I didn't respond earlier. The short version is that I used a different email when filling out my order form so it wasn't recognized as being the same account. I could have accessed it from that email, but I requested they update the email so all my beachbody purchases were under one account (hence the additional delay). Once my email was straightened out everything worked fine. Alberta, I actually waited quite a while before starting due to not waiting to start during midterms, so you may still be able to access it. I would start by verifying that you are logging in using the same email you used when ordering.
