Ok, if you are not very familiar with this Online SuperGym WORLD, (this place some call "WOWY"), I'll give you helpful direction, accountability and even be your Buddy, send me a Buddy Request from my profile page.

If you've already been assigned to me by Beachbody®, then my profile pic is already on your profile page as one of your Buddies! Feel free to come browse my profile, get comfortable having me as your Coach!

if you've ordered a Beachbodyp program, already have another program or routine, or still undecided about which program will work best for you, that is information I'd love for you to share. Maybe your Coach has become inactive and you are searching for someone who is active to be re-assigned as your Coach.... Please don't switch coaches unless you are just not getting any help from your coach, they may be new to coaching with Beachbody, and I can help you try and get them more involved with you first before giving up on them.

You are precious and no matter how isolated you may feel, believe me you have found a lifeline out of that trapped place. Hang on, this will work for you!

So glad I decided to join the TBB Club! Before I became a Coach, and only then after I was an Emerald Ranked Coach, I didn't know about the Club... but now I love it!

(When I only had a FREE account, I was missing out on lots of extra that Club members get, like access to fitness experts and nutritional tools! With the Club I get customized nutrition plans including grocery lists and I can chat with my favorite trainers and performance experts...Debbie Siebers, Tony Horton, ShaunT, Chalene Johnson, Steve Edwards, Dr. Mark Cheng, Leandro Cavallo, and Donna Joyner are some of the trainers and EXPERTS I have met so far...

Coaches are not experts, just people who care about helping others get fit!
Come Coach with me!
Let's do this together!

Where are the people who asked me for Shakeology samples??? OK, like I said, you HAVE to post a pic to get a Sample... If you are having trouble posting, message me and I'll walk you through it.

NOTE TO COACHES
Beachbody has a Chief Science Officer Dr. Bill Wheeler on staff who was previous staff nutritionist to 2 of the US presidents! The science team at Beachbody is consistently working on nutritional programming and development. These products are amazing, they have to be, they are sold by US Coaches!!! emoticonemoticonemoticon

AND, there's more to come!!!

Many of our Coaches do not yet realize what it means to have on staff Dr. Marcus Elliott- known as "Dr. Sports Genius" who has trained many of the worlds finest athletes! Developing new work out programming for preventive health and athletic performance! More to come people, so much more to come that if you are a COACH you ought to be thanking your lucky stars that you found this fabulous place!

If you think your Coaching Biz is not happening for you yet, just keep going...maybe you just need to work on the Game Plan Basics and be honest about your organizational skills... Push Play and Eat Right.... Look at the Leaders and find one "Top Coach" that resonates with you, then get inspired to be your Best, you are special and you have a special message and a TRIBE waiting for you to connect them to the Mission!

$$$$$$$$$$ TOP Coaches make more in a week than most fitness professionals make in a month, so if it takes you an extra year to get to the top, you can make up for "lost time" in less than a year. This is not a promise BUT it is a HOPE! Like I said, hope arrived at my door in a little box of DVD's and the rest is all good!

Consistency is key. Follow through, support your mission, support your own development and mission, and stay true to long term growth and success.

I Loves ya! XOXOXOX

How many different workout programs have you tried? Is this your first Beachbody® program? My Accountability Group (Get on Board the X Train") is AWESOME, in fact one Coach in that Message Group just won the August 2012 transformation contest and $1000. Most regulars in that group are Coaches, using Tony Horton workout programs, like me, and we have been posting together for awhile.

But what about YOU?

New to this community??? ....... Am I your Coach????

HERE is a Message Board to connect with me:

http://www.teambeachbody.com/connect/message-boards/-/message_boards/message/220475522

On that Message Board my Coaching Clients and the Customers that Beachbody® has assigned to me can connect with me as their Coach, and post about whatever program they are using and get support.

Ok, if you are not very familiar with this Online SuperGym WORLD, (this place some call "WOWY") or have been unable to connect to your Coach or are looking for a new relationship.... with me... then connect there and I will give you helpful direction, accountability and even be your Coach...

Someone's assigned by Beachbody, they may've ordered ANY program, and usually've never met me. The goals and experience and age are all over the place, too!! Some are lifelong atheletes, some are recovering from injuries, and some have never worked out...just had a baby, you name it!!!!!

But EVERYONE needs a COACH, so Beachbody assings everyone a Coach. But you need to connect to your Coach.... So use the Message Board, post a Message and tell me what program you are using.... we'll connect and and get started RIGHT regardless of specifics like age, gender, or how much weight to gain or lose.

Something is too personal for the Message Board? OK, then, we'll connect via private message or a personal phone call... I'll support you as your Coach, but you'll need to reach out to me, too.

Let me know you are "Coach-able" and willing to work with me, actually do some of the things I ask you to do. Fair enough? Hey, I AM your COACH, right????? Then here is your assignment:

RECAP: If I have been assigned as your COACH, or if you want me to be assigned as your Coach, please go to this Message Board and check-in, regardless of which program or which other Group you have already joined.

My BEFORE pic was taken after I had been on Weight Watchers for over a year, and had finally gotten where I could walk from my car crash... It took many more challenges to get me to where I am today. It is difficult, but the rewards are worth it.. YOU are worth the effort.

I share my before to give you courage... and hope you will have courage to share yours. You do not have to be in a bathing suit... just let me see your face.... we can start with that....... I want to see your eyes and your commitment to get on board and become COACHABLE!

Thanks,

INSANITY: Keep your BACK safe for the long haul.
insanity
10/1/12 12:58 PM as a reply to DebbieTudor.
Shaun T Insanity Welcome Video

Keep your joints and core (BACK) safe for the long haul.

I believe the key to this Max Interval Training program is landing softly and learning to engage your core. Most NEWBIES do have trouble with holding the core, I get that. When beginning or advancing in a workout program, the primary muscles often get stronger before the connective tissue does. This can result in discomfort and short term imbalances, so you need to be careful and MINDFUL of how your body is moving, and watch for weaknesses to be revealed, particularly in the core and joints.

How do you avoid injury with an intense program like INSANITY?

TRY THIS: Never skip the warm-ups and cool-downs, always focus on form, and take a breaks if you are in pain but keep moving, and then use ice/heat/elevation on that area when the workout is over. DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) occurs about 48 hours later... So a pain you feel today might be the result of what you did two days ago.

Take a protein drink, like Shakeology® within 60 minutes of the workout. Creatine helps prevent soreness and increase recovery and muscle growth. Results & Recovery is great!

Rub joints with MSM® or soak in Epsom Salts.

When should I take Shakeology®?
10/2/12 9:21 PM as a reply to DebbieTudor.
Aloha Debbie,

I hope you can answer this. I do Chalean Extreme between 5 -6 a.m. then I drink my Shakeology, I need to bathe and leave for work by 7am. So when, or should I have a Protein drink? I've been reading, after workout, or before workout...so should I drink Shakeology before working out, then Protein after?

Thanks,

Yoyo ---

Hey, Yoyo-

I am so glad you asked me question that I just saw answered on one of the Live Chats with Tony Horton and Chalene Johnson!!!!! The answer is that after a workout your body is in a unique place to uptake some protein, and that is the time for you to get it... Shakeology is perfect for this, and best if consumed within 30 to 60 minites after finishing the intense workout.

Since it is a perfect Breakfast food, you can take care of both these needs with ONE Shakeology!

Before your morning workout, you do not NEED to consume anything, but if you feel like you are "BONKING" during the workout, not able to really bring enough energy into the workout to make the time worth the most it could be... THEN you can consume just a few calories of something like a bit of toast or a couple ounces of OJ... just to supplement your body's glycogen stores, which can be rather low in the morning depending how long it has been since your last meal.

Remember, SLEEP (so important to building muscle and restoring the body to full health) is best accomplished on a rather empty stomach.......But if you do eat at night, best to have a higher protein meal in the evening. Or if you must snack in the evening, think of that as a good time for nuts... Almonds, or sip a hot tea but add skim milk, almond milk, etc instead of sugar or honey. Keep sweets/fruit to the early/middle part of the day.

Hope that helps! I have learned so much by reading Steve Edwards mailbag and the Beachbody Newsletters, which are available to all members for FREE. If you cannot find these, but want to read them, let me know!

Thanks for reaching out!

Debbie

Thanks for the upbeat message.

I start my work out progam on the 17th that's why I haven't logged in any work outs. I've just been getting set up with everything. I didn't know about registering for the Challenge so I'll have to do that too.

I've tried Turbo Jam and PX90. The work outs were good but I didn't stay motiviated to keep it up. I'm hoping this online accountalbility program will do the trick.

Well, here I go. Push and Play.

Michelle emoticon

So, I guess we're Hip Hop Buddies??? That was so long ago when I won Million Dollar Body Game back in October 2009 with Hip Hop Abs Transformation... Lost 52 pounds... Since then I have lost more than 75 pounds, and adding many pounds of muscle with ChaLEAN Extreme, PUMP and P90X!! Love the variety.

Hearing great things about the new Les Mills COMBAT, think I will pre-order it and get in on the FREE shipping!

Keep pushing Play and you will achieve all your goals!

Yoga X yesterday and today Walking and Running XC 120 minutes (prep for TOUGH MUDDER in 3 Weeks) Because I am running and jumping over creeks (Cross Country ~"XC") etc. I give my route to my hubby in advance and carry my cell phone to call 911 "just in case", I stumble and recover at times and have to overcome fears as I jump down, etc.... I also spray pretty well for mosquitoes and have to dodge spiders ... Georgia cross country running, not for the faint hearted! INSANITY is one of the best programs to prepare for these Tough Mudders, but I am using P90X®. Still I have another one to run in April 2012, so I think I will try Insanity and compare the improvements.

How is your workout coming for you? Has it helped you prepare for an event or made life better in some measureable way?

The new contest for the Daily $500 and the monthly $1000 requires a monthly submission into the contest to be eligible for the cash. So yesterday I finally submitted my previous results. The pic I submitted was taken more than two months ago, and is my BEFORE picture for this NEW Challenge with P90X. The contest is about Success STORIES... Whatever your story, it is possible to win!

IMPORTANT: Pictures are not considered in the contest, although they must be submitted to enter.

Now I will be a contestant for the Daily drawings in November, and a monthly contestant for the October over 50 age group. I referenced my Support Group "50 Years Old or Better" as part of my story, since I have gained so much strength from their help as well as my Buddies on the Message Boards, especially "Get on Board the X Train" with DavidWS, RandyMOlson, PhoenixCrystal and Bronze508 (and too many more to mention!)

Finishing up my Phase Three with P90X! New photos will be posted soon! Hope everyone seeing this will remember that sometimes depending on where we start and how many obstacles we must overcome, that is can take longer than 90 days to get the body you desire. Also, many people reach goals and then backslide or simply lose interest, and slip back into old habits.

If you want to keep going, connect to me and the other supporters. We want to help you succeed, stay on track an get back on the right track when you go astray or circumstances knock you off track. It is ok, where ever you are, just start there and go forward!

RE: Get Support & Motivation ANY Program
10/15/12 12:34 PM as a reply to DebbieTudor.
Thanks for the support and tips. I just had my third baby 7 weeks ago. I have completed Insanity several times and P90X before becoming pregnant. I started Insanity again last week after my doctor's okay to be "normal" again. After three workouts I was slammed with upper back spasms and sharp shooting lower back pain. I could barely walk so I played it safe and took the rest of the week off. I'm back at it today but skipped cardio power and resistance and did 20 minutes of cycling followed by cardio abs. I'm a little scared after last week and feel I need to take it slow building up my core strength after those muscles have been stretched for so long. Tomorrow I will hit pure cardio since it is less impact. It may take me a couple of rounds to get my body back but I'm still giving it a go and mixing it up as I see fit to prevent injury but still get in a good workout. I wonder how many of those people in those Insanity workouts have kids. I would love to see them try it after carrying a baby around for 9 months! For all the moms out there, keep up the hard work!
