Hello ChaplainPagne,

Personally I don't use MyFitness Pal because it under calculates calories. I am a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist of over 24 years. I use a formula. I also recommend sparkpeople.com which is the number one site for helping people with calories and eating and preferred by most fitness professionals.

Thanks Dinah! I scan in or enter manually all the items I eat so I know that it's calculating those correctly... I am very methodical and rigid right now about what I eat so it's basically a rotation of just a few items (chicken breast, turkey, etc). I'll take a look at sparkpeople

Make sure you alternate what you eat. If you eat the same thing everyday, your body will plateau nutritionally so just switch it up a bit. emoticon

Will do, thanks! lost 8.8 since the beginning of the program, 6 of which was this current week, so I am stoked right now! I think when you are as big as me, your body is just happy to shed pounds at first. I definitely don't want to plateau though so I will keep that in mind!

Hi guys im Adam from UK on day 51 of INSANITY its awesome! however im learning the Nutrition side of things slowley, Using 'MY FITNESS PAL' now and its great just wished id found it sooner as i think my results would have been better!!! grrrr

The first month i ate real healthy like i normally do but never watched my portions and ate the same foods!.... May have to do a second round

REALLY WHAT MY LOWER ABS TO POP...... however i have seen some fairly good results

How are you finding the necessary workouts to put into my fitness pal for insanity, p90x, or T25? I am having trouble knowing what to put in to calculate calories burned. Any tips??
