Does it come with some sort of schedule? Everywhere I read, I see nothing about a schedule.

It does come with a schedule and a meal plan (haven't tried the meal plan). Been doing it for 2 1/2 weeks now. It's fun and takes 30 mins to start and then ramps up to 60 min workouts. The first week, I felt my legs getting toned but was left wanting just a bit more so I skipped the rest days. Once you move into the 60 mins sessions, I'm at least in an all out sweat and completely wasted by the end. Some of the sessions are recorded live in front of a full gym audience, and appears odd at first. After your heart gets pumping the production value doesn't matter so much. It did bug me a bit to here the trainers singing to the music but now I just block it out. One thing I do like a lot is that Dan does the right fwd stance and Rach does the left. So you don't have to figure out which foot should be fwd, trying to spin your perception around to compensate for Stage left.
These guys jump right into it with a 3min cool down period at the end. I'm used to P90X where Tony focuses on the warmup and stretching before you work out and cool down. If your 20 this may not matter so much but I'm twice that (6'-2" 215lbs. good shape but need to lose 20lbs). I find myself going back to P90x on rest days to properly X-stretch before pounding out a few hundred more punches kicks etc. the next day. If you don't get the ultimate warrior kit you don't get the "stretching DVD" or the gloves. The gloves aren't weighted so I passed and bought a set on amzn but the stretching dvd is a necessity especially considering that you do numerous side & round house kicks. If you don't stretch properly you can really hurt yourself. I use P90x to fill in for the rest of the "Ultimate Warrior" package (i.e. upper/lower body, core workouts.)so I cant comment on its quality.

The meal plan is great. It is very easy to follow and very easy to make modifications. In my opinion, the easiest of the meal plans to understand that I have tried in the beachbody programs!
