Good Morning!!! P90X Shoulders & Arms! Kicked rep and weight butt. I am doing a mix of workout as I recover from a soccer injury. Been mixing in some Insanity Core. I know they are tough but I really like the swimmers. Burned 313 Calories. Cautiously optimistic about the leg...still not great but improving. Ran a little in place- hurts but feel like its on the mend. Of course, I wish it would go faster!!
Breakfast: vegan shakeology, chocolate with strawberries- so yummy!! I want more! lol
Lunch: spaghetti squash, scallions, tuna fish, edamame
Snacks: greek yogurt, apple, protein bar, babybel light cheese, high protein/high fiber cereal
