All right I realize that woman dominate the world but they won't dominate this thread for much longer.

I just finished day 2. I did hit pause a few times but I finished. The fit test was nasty. I got a little nausea about half way through it. That problem got fixed today by having a scoop of protein with my water at breakfast this morning. There are some exercises that are the devil for me already..those squats during the first part of day 2 need to go AWAY!
Ladies, you have to remember for every ounce of pain you feel that is weakness leaving your body and strength being built. You can do this. I can do this and together...WE WILL DEFEAT SHAUN T!!!!
