Starting a challenge group for those who would like to join. It will be starting on December 3, 2012. Plenty of time to get the program and get yourself prepared. This is going to be a life changing experience for whoever would like to be a part of it emoticon

Looking to join but not a fan of Facebook don't want people to know every thing I say is there any group I can join through beach body? Looking for accountability with turbo fire workouts any help would be appreciated.

It depends on what shipping option you have set up. The standard shipping (smartpost) takes about 5-7 business days. We start on Monday so your best bet would be to choose ground or even better 2nd day air for an extra $15, that way you can partake in the pre-workout week we are doing to the fullest potential. The Pre-workout week is just some information to get prepared for Monday. Not necessary, but a great preparation tool.

Also, do you already have a coach? If not, visit www.thefitnesswitch.com to purchase your pack.

The group does require Shakeology, as well, but if you cannot do that, message me and we will work something out emoticon

Yes I have the TF and believe it or not I am on week 9. Still lovin it but my eating habits need to be revamped. I am looking for tips, accountability and working out with people in the same program. Did you do this already complete this program? If so may I ask what your results were. Did you do the 12 week or 20 week? I guess i am doing the 20 week schedule. How will I be able to join ths group without facebook?

I'm just waiting for the group on beachbody to be approved and I will send you the link to join emoticon this is my first round with TurboFire but I completed 2 rounds of insanity prior to this. I lost 20lbs altogether emoticon

As for shakeology, it's recommended every day for maximum results. I do have friends that drink it every other day to save money so they don't have to replenish the stock as much.

Hey you guys! I am SO sorry! The group FINALLY got approved. I don't know why it took so long.
