HI Guys.

I live in Denmark, I am from London and I purchased the Insanity DVD's on Amazon. My suggestion is that you open your website up to people in Europe. I have had to put a fake US address on my profile in order to actually use this site and I also cant access the meal planner as I cant add my card number - my address on the profile would of course not match the card address.
In addition to this, we in Europe - cant access any apps or order any of the products either. Which is not great if you really want to work on these amazing programs.

I would appreciate if you could advise if there is going to be any changes like this in the future.

Thanks
Kaz

I fully support this as well.
Though the customer support is nice, It's a tedious process for us here in Europe to order a program, not to mention that most offers are USA/Canada exclusive as well. While I do understand that Beachbody's focus is America, them being an American company, it would be good for both us and them if they somehow managed to ease up the process in which we European customers can access and use the products and features.
I believe that not having an online order solution is holding many non - North American residents back.

If Beachbody feels comfortable with it, even a Paypal option would be alright!

Now, I understand the issue regarding supplements and so on - but workout programs should not be an issue.

I sometimes wonder if it is just laziness on BB's part, at least when it comes to the P90X app and ordering workout programs online. I also do not understand the need for us European people to create a fake US address when - once you sign up on the Team Beachbody site - there are some disclaimers that 'this is only available to US residents as of now'. This would suggest that the site allows people outside the US to sign up, which it alas does not.

Not all of us live in America, and seeing as many of Beachbody's programs are given such praise (plus seeing the growth of the company), I ask that - though I understand there may be difficulties - you help us have a better experience.

I sincerely hope you respond to Kaz's thread, as I see many such threads as this go unanswered.

Thanks.

I totally agree with you guys, there really should be at least some option for those outside the USA / Canada. I was really looking forward to entering the challenge until i found out it wasn't open to those in Europe. A pay pal option would be awesome also.
