Hi everyone! I am starting a Nutrition Bootcamp! The group will be held here and on Facebook in a private group.

We will be starting on Monday October 22nd, going for only 4 weeks, and finishing in time for you to have all the tools you need to get through the holidays this year! The goal of this group will be to help you learn how to eat correctly for life. Already know how to eat correctly and cleanly? Great! Need a little or a lot of help in this area? I'm your girl! And this group can really help you!

Have you been working out and can't seem to get rid of the weight? Or are you stuck on those last 10 to 15 pounds? This is the group for you. Exercise is great, but nutrition is what helps you really get the weight off.

This group will be a little more intense. We will be doing the work of 8 weeks worth of learning in just 4 weeks. But you can handle that right? Who can't commit to 4 weeks?
We will also be using Shakeology for this group, and doing a cleanse in the middle.

I hope you will join me in this group. It's going to be fun and informative. You will learn so much.

QUESTION.....when you are doing the cleanse in the middle are you able to workout??? I am halfway through a program and want to finish that up. I'm thinking that working out while on a cleanse is prbly not the greatest idea. Let me know please.

Hi macang44 - the cleanse will be for 3 days over a weekend. And no, you really should NOT workout during the cleanse. But you can take 3 days off of your schedule and then go back to it after if you'd like to join us. Or you can make up the missed workouts at the end depending on which program you are doing. Which program are you working with right now?

@macang44 - You can always wait to do the cleanse on your own time when you are ready for it. You can still join the group even if you decide to wait on the cleanse. Are you already using Shakeology?

I would like to join. I am nearing the end of my TurboFire regular schedule 90 program but did not lose the "stubborn pounds" because of the nutrition. I originally learned some basics about portion control and healthier eating from weightwatchers but Beachbody goes beyond less calories to eating better quality food. I have been around the suggested calorie intake but maybe not getting the right nutritional balance. I not currently using Shakeology but have been wanting to try it anyhow so should be able to get a supply by the 22nd. I am EXCITED to have a guide and group in this specific area. My workout motivation group has been awesome and I imagine this will be as well. So how will I know when we are beginning?

@smhgoforit - Welcome to the group. Stubborn pounds are the worst aren't they? We will be officially starting on Oct. 22, but you can always ask me anything beforehand.

Hey there -
Yes I have been using Shakeology but I don't use it every day. I may just do the cleanse at the end of my program depending on where it falls in my workout calendar. AND I would love to join the group. I could def use some nutrition pointers. For me exercise is easy, it is the food aspect I struggle with - especially on the weekends! AND since I have already lost a bit of weight anything to help kick the next 25 pounds off would be great!
