***UPDATED*** Finished month 1 of round 2 :)
Showing 17 results.
**** See last page to view updated results***

Yesterday, I completed my first round of Insanity and can I tell you how amazed I am at what I was able to accomplish in only 9 short weeks! This program has truly changed my life. I went from eating out at least once a day to eating out once a week. I gave up fast food, pop, sweets, etc and followed the nutritional guide pretty much to a T. I have never experienced anything like Insanity and now I cannot picture my life without it. Thank you, Shaun T emoticon

Here are my results:

Total Weight Loss: 33.6 lbs (starting weight was 254.8/ending weight is 221.2)
Total Inches Lost: 22.5"
I also dropped my BMI 5.1% according to my scale at home.

My plan is to do another 2-3 rounds with my second round starting tomorrow. Figured I would give myself a day or so of rest. I am feeling great and I am ready to see some more results. I will finish my second round two weeks before Christmas and my goal is to be below 200 lbs.. seems very reasonable to me.

Check out my pics and let me know if you guys can see a difference.

Congrats! You did an amazing job. Just my $.02,, recently during a video conference Shaun T. stated the we should give ourselves at least a week before we did another round of INSANITY. This way our bodies could rest, repair, and prepare itself for another round of INSANITy.
I realize once we get going it's so hard to stop, but it does sound like sound advice.
Try some light stretching and light cardio like walking. Then go crazy. LOL!

Good luck!

Thank you for your encouragement and support. Feels good to finally be doing something for myself. I'm worried if I stop, my endurance will go down hill FAST. Do you think it would be ok if I do Core Cardio and Balance like Tues/Thurs/Sat this week and then start round 2 next Monday with the Fit Test? This way I'm at least engaging my mind and body a little bit during this "off week."

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at you!!!!!!

I am so motivated, proud, excited, amazed!!!

You literally shrunk! I see it the most under her arms, where your underarm meets your back, your whole back, your tummy, legs... shoot, everywhere!

Congrats to you again! This was so great to see before I start my workout this AM!

From what I understand the rest days are really important and I always noticed my best results after rest periods. Between my rounds I am going to do a combo or core and recovery. This way I am still moving and my body can recover. In between month 1 and 2 I got the flu, when I came back because of the rest, I was stronger... it was almost like my body needed it. I would technically be nearly done with my round now (extra five days) but I waited until I recovered and started the month 2 and continued the day count.

Your body externally and internally has gone through a lot of change. I would keep it moving, so to speak, but give it some time to recover. Even if it is a few days. Keeping eating on the plan. Besides, you earned it!

Congrats again! I am going to go crush it now!!

Thank you, thank you!!! I am stoked and I know you will be as well when you finish! I can't wait to see your final results. Between the two of us, I hope we are inspiring women everywhere to love themselves and makes those changes.. not to fit a certain mold, but to fit themselves.

I think I am going to use this week as a recovery week and and do Core Cardio and Balance Tues/Thurs/Sat and then start round 2 next week. Can't wait to keep digging deeper emoticon

Go bust out your workout... I know you will kick ass like always!

Half way through round 2

Well today marks the beginning of recovery week, which means I have made it through month 1 now twice. Can't believe the difference in month 1 this time compared to last. It's a true testament just to how far I have truly come. I didn't see over the top results like I did the first go round, but the important thing is that I am still losing... both weight and inches. Through the first 4 weeks of round 2, I lost another 6.6 lbs and 5.5 inches... which takes my total weight loss to 40.6 lbs on Insanity (60.6 all together) and 28 inches. In my opinion, 40.6 lbs and 28 inches in 3 months is amazing. I am currently sitting at 214.2 and would love to get below that 200 mark by the end of round 2. I'm going to finish out this second strong and really focus on my nutrition. Check back mid-December to see if I'm back in the 100 pound club emoticon

The pic on the left of both was day #1 of round 1 and the right is day #28 of round 2... Big, big difference!

WOAH!!!! Look at your posture and how your legs are now! So much has changed! I can totally see how all the squats are working for you! AH-MAZING! Total transformation!

You are doing an incredible job. I love that I am in this process with you. You have no idea how much you motivate me. You keep at it regardless... you are dedicated... you are so real about your process.

I am so proud of you! You gave me what I needed today as well. Your hardwork is paying off and I know you are going to reach that goal.

Not only do I see the change in your back and tummy, but how far apart your legs are, your backside, you face, you arms from the back! Look at how much that has smoothed out.

Fantastic!!!!

Thank you so much. I have worked so hard to get to this point, but I know I still have so much further to go. I will get there everntually.. just got to keep pushing play. I have 4 more days of core cardio and balance, a rest day on Friday and then the FUN of month 2 begins on Saturday. Really going to watch what I eat these next 4.5 weeks and hope to drop these next 15 lbs by the end of round 2!!!

Thank you! That truly means a lot and I know you are inspiring me and many others just the same. Without you and your constant support, this journey would seem unbearable at times. Its hard for me to fathom the connection that so many of us share throughout this journey and its all because we have the same goal in mind.. It's amazing!

So hard to believe that in April I was 274.8 and now I'm 14.4 lbs away from losing 75 lbs total. For so long, I have dreamt of what this would feel like and look like (although it still doesn't look pretty), but it eventually will get there. I am grateful for every ounce of encouragement because without it, I highly doubt I would have continued thus far. Can't wait for round 3 at the beginning of the year together (talked my girlfriend into doing it as well).
