Will do Mike, and I am anxious to see my results as well as those of others doing the workout. I have tried various p90x and Insanity workouts but haven't followed either program faithfully. But that'll change with this one.

Hello Guys,

I have a question. I am currently overweight and looking to drop some pounds. I would like to do the Body Beast program but was wondering if I should try at different program initially. I believe that with a caloric deficit, Body Beast could be great for weight loss but wasnt sure. I am 30yrs old, 5 foot 10 and 208lbs. Please help, thanks. Picture attached.

Sounds like a good fit, but do you have the equipment to do it? There is a lean program & a beast program....I am currently doing the lean beast Im in week 2 loving it.....If you like lifting weights you will really enjoy it.

Yes you can use Body Beast to lose weight, you would need your calories to be in deficit and change your macro ratio to 50% Protein / 30% Carbs / 20% Fat instead of the one listed in the book.

That way your body will use fat to ''feed'' itself, you will not build lot of muscle but you should be able to shred off fat quickly. I sent you a buddy request, if you got more questions i will be happy to help you out. Thank you!
