Lets see... I love Recharge, and Burn 3, and Burn Intervals.... And Ab Burner! Lol! I like them all!

I love the fact that there are different things to do. It's not all cardio, it's not all strength. There is a good mixture so I don't get bored!
Had to get up at 6 am to go to a volleyball tournament for my step daughters.
so no workout but will get one in tonight when I get home. I will need the stretching after being on bleachers all day anyway! Have a lovely Saturday!
