I am looking to make new friends that can all help each other with motivation and helping each other with accountability. I am 26 year old women, step mom, and work only part time. I am currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme and TurboFire. I have lost around 40 lbs since March. Its been kinda slow going and up and down. Its really hard sometimes for me to get my workout in. I started working out because I have chronic back pain that my doctor and many specialists can not explain. Working out has definitely made a HUGE difference for me, I do extra stretching and extra core strengthening. So I make my own schedule.

I would love to get to know some more people! We all need someone to talk to and relate to, so I am reaching out! Looking forward to getting to know you all! emoticon I will be posting my workouts daily and my ups and downs. I want this to be a welcoming and understanding area for all of us to be able to chit chat. emoticon

Good morning! Feeling better finally! I've had the flu or something for the past few days. Up and about to do TF stretch 40. I love this workout. Especially when my body is tight! How do you like your stretch days? emoticon

You are doing an awesome job at moving forward. I think by acknowleding the difficulties is a huge step in staying on track. I'd love to join you on your journey. I don't like to post a ton for everyone to read but would be your buddy if you'd like.

Woke up again this morning with muscles spasms in my back. :/ However I did recharge (a bit more gingerly then normal) and it definitely helped ease the spasms a bit. So that is a definitely plus. Hoping you all have a wonderful Monday!

I'm actually looking for someone to motivate me as well. I'm currently doing insanity and boy! It is kicking my butt! I don't post a lot of stuff here but ill be here at least once at day, we can motivate each other.
It is hard and I'm glad that you took this route instead of just staying home taking meds and not doing anything to change your life. Very proud and you should feel the same emoticon

What time do you normally do your workout?

Hey Sirena! Thanks for joining me! emoticon I've done Insanity so i TOTALLY understand! lol! Thank you, I am proud of myself and some days it is harder then others.. But in generally it is better. I normally workout in the Mornings.. Around 7 am. (Since I have 3 teens to run around after it is hard to do it any other time.) What time do you normally workout?

Well I did CLX Push 1 today! My back is feeling better.. And I loved my workout this morning.. It is amazing how much working out in the morning helps me get through the day. emoticonI hope you are all having a great day!

Happy Friday! Well the last 2 days have been very warm (very unlike northern michigan in october) so I enjoyed a nice walk/jog instead of doing CLX. emoticon Today is back to the weather we are used to and I did Ab Burner this morning. I hope you all have a great weekend!

I agree Happy Friday, I will be doing a pump like workout later and spin class;). Winter has arrived here in alberta canada which makes it harder to get up at 5 to do my morning workout. I did get up once, and my goal next week is 4 mornings. I am doing the mornings as extra 30 minutes as i teach spin at night. Have an awesome day!!! Lisa

I'm looking for friends to motivate me as well. 32 just got into the healthy eating and exercising. I do Slim in 6, Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam. I work full time odd hours 3pm=11pm in the Er so my eating and planning meals doesn't always go as schedule at times. Sleeping i don't know what that is can't tell u the last time I got in a good 8hrs sleep. I'm trying to lose weight the right way instead of being a follower and have surgery. I'm trying and hopefully I will see process.

Hey pynkoholic!! Welcome and thank you for joining us! emoticon I am so glad to hear that you decided to take this route! This is so much better for you and your body.. And the changes you make during this process will help you the rest of your life.. I've seen people that have had surgery and are now bigger then they were before! Not a good thing at all! The great thing about working out at home is that you can fit your workouts into your schedule!

Hello, thank-you for joining us. It can be hard when we dont get enough sleep and have odd hours. I know for me, I have regular work hours but my kids are higher level atheletics so that keeps me going late some days. I find it is extremely important to fuel my body correctly and be patient with it. It takes time, but if we stick to it we can do it!!emoticon We should make a little challenge for ourselvesemoticon

Hey, spin class is awesome!!emoticon 60 minutes of hard cardio from intervals, speed work and clibming. You can push yourself as much as you want. I have been teaching for a year now, and love it. I also teach Group Power which is like Les Mills Pump-a class a I recommend. How is your back feeling?

Hey hyenergy! Oh that sounds like fun!! I will have to see if there are any in my area! My back is doing better thank you for asking! I haven't had any bad spasms in a few days now. The cold here isn't helping much always a dull ache but that pretty normal.

Good morning! Sorry for not posting yesterday! Oh goodness it was a long day! My alarm didn't go off in the morning so I woke up late had to make a bunch of wraps for my step daughters Volleyball Conference Tournament then was at the tournament most of the day! They won!! Conference Champs and Undefeated for their whole season! Just had to share I am super proud of them! At any rate I didn't work out yesterday and as today would normally be my day off I will workout today. Push 2! Looking forward to it! Hope you all have had a great weekend so far!! Off to get dishes done, laundry going, and to workout!

Hey everyone! Man o man I am having some serious back spasms today! I haven't been able to workout at all. Stretching has even been painful. emoticon Really disappointing. I'm going to take a good hot bath shortly to see if I can get it to ease. I hope you all have been having a good day!

Okay, So I hit a major slump.. Didn't have any energy or ambition and generally just feeling bad for myself. :/ Which is not like me.. So Today I got my butt up. Did my workout and feel much better. I asked my coach to keep me accountable.. So she is going to be checking on me every day to make sure I workout and whatnot. emoticon Oh and just for a change I did lean intervals... WOW! I love it!!! Also I don't think that weight training is that much of a break from cardio! lol... I hope you are all doing well!
