Hey everyone,
Fresh of a P90x group I wanted to create one for Insanity or Asylum vol 1 and 2. More people to keep the board active and same 60 days. Plus those starting Insanity for the first time will have MORE support because the people doing Asylum have more than likely completed it before.

Let's do this! Who's with me?

Day one completed yesterday. Off to do Strength. Noticed I was hungry more often. Can't wait to see what I look like after 60 days. Day 1 picture taken so if you have not, do so!

Ok so started insanity asylum vol 1 on Monday nov 5th. Today is Friday my rest day and so far so good. My only problem I am having is proper dieting....any tips?

What is your biggest concern about the diet? You are not following it? Or worried you're not eating the right amount of calories?

How is everyone doing so far? I do find Asylum very challenging but definitely worth it! I'm actually scared of what lies ahead for volume 2! Strength is a beast and is my hardest workout. What about you?

Half way through Asylum. Liking it much more than before. Hard for sure but fun. Can't wait for month two. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

I try to keep track of my calories on a daily basis but sometimes I just can't eat it all. Many days I eat 300-500 less calories and other times I have that sugar craving so I go over on my sugar by about 10-20g. The asylum is a fantastic workout and I think the one I have the most challenge with is game day. I feel like I am not doing the diet correctly. I am to a meat eater and what I do like are things like yogurt (activia) and cottage cheese with pineapples but I realize those are filled with sugar. Most mornings I have an egg white, cheese, spinach, tomatoes and mushroom omelette then I really don't eat again until about 4pm. Any pointers, suggestions or advice is welcomed.
