Everyone, thanks for the wonderful suggestions. For whatever reason I stopped logging in and tracking my workouts here and I kind of forgot about this thread. I'm happy to report though that I simply kept pressing play. In fact, I'm on the last week of month two again and thus almost done with round #2.
My results haven't been as dramatic this time but still what I consider solid. I'm down another ~5 lbs and another ~2" for a total of 26 lbs and 7". Some of my friends are saying that I now need to gain some weight btw

. As for clothes, I had all my suits cut down by an amazing tailor and I've invested in some new jeans and shirts. Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions! I do wish that I had come back here because I simply started day one again instead of doing a recovery week.
My plan this time is to do CC&B + CA every day for a week before starting Month 1 Week 1 again... I'm not bored yet. I'll then push play for an entire round #3 which, although hard to believe, if I finish will be 6 months of my new healthy lifestyle.
I can't believe I haven't had a single candy bar nor any ice cream and now I don't even crave it. I love healthy granola bars and nuts now though
