I ordered the DVDs today and I am exacted to get back in shape. I need to lose 40 lbs and be fit! I am super busy and work long hours, I am happy to find something I can fit into my schedule. I tend to quit things after I start but this time im determined to succeed. Any tips anyone has would be great. Also wouldi lose weight by doing one session some days and two some days when I get time?

Hey! I'm Rob. The key is to keep pushing play! Cant stress it enough. Do you have a coach to keep you accountable and on your toes?

Hows your diet? have you though of shakeology? That will really help too

I'll add you as a buddy!

That is AWESOME!! emoticon I did TMT yoga flex this morning. You CAN SO DO This!! emoticon

As far as advice, I recommend reading over the nutrition guide and workouts. Tracking your nutrition is key. I live myfitness pal. What changes are you planning to make? What are some of your challenges? I am super busy and TMT is great for that!

One of the best things is to have a supportive group! I moderate a specific message board for motivation and support. Here is the link: http://www.teambeachbody.com/connect/message-boards/-/message_boards/message/179939547Great group! So much fun! emoticon I would love for you to join us!

Happy to help with any questions!
Cheers!

glan - There are a lot of great coaches here. Check out the threads and see the way they intereact. I'm sure some will respond here, but buddy up with some an dask questions, see how they respond and how timely they respond and if they fit your style and needs. There aren't that manyh TMT only threads here, my wife was doing it and was having trouble finding them. I have a great thread with people doing all programs and we'd love to have you come in and get support and motivation. Feel free to ask me questions, I've done a number of the TMT discs with my wife.

Just to add, you were assigned a coach when you joined, reach out to them, but if they are unresponsive, look around and as I said others will come here and CoachCBove alrady came here and she's an awesome coach as well.

Hi and welcome to the club. I'm on my 5th day of 10 minute trainer. I do want to lose 40 lbs as well , work full time and have a 3 year old, but I figured 10 minutes a day I can manage to do something good for myself. Keep your goal in mind and press play every day. You will feel your body change soon, I already do. I did 10 minutes only the first day, then 20 minutes the rest. Time flies and you will feel great about getting another session done. Good luck, you can do this!

Hi I just started today with TMT and I am going to add in Power 90 when I get it. I have about 25 lbs to lose but my body is refusing to let go. I am toning so that is good.

Let's do this

Colleen,

That sounds like a good plan. Which TMT workout did you do?

Cheers,

Good Morning! Its going to be a long day- working at least a 12 hr Emergency shift. Have my healthy food packs. When I work ER i switch it up and have my shakeology for dinner (fast healthy food to GO!), so breakfast is egg whites with broccoli, cauliflower and okra.

Workout: Ten minute Trainer Yoga- great quick effective stress relief workout!

Have a Great & Healthy Day!!

Brian comes home tonight!! Yay!!!! emoticon

Cheers!
Christina

I look forward to the experience of the Ten Minute Trainer. Good luck with your program and I will be in touch. Keep pushing play and smile.
