Hello all, first time poster!
I'm currently on my recovery week of Insanity. I really love the program.. i've trimmed the excess fat and getting getting to a place where i'm comfortable. (i do modify -- less knee exercises, more pushups/pullups)
I have some muscle, and some fat, which is good imo. I dont want to get skinny, and would like to build a little more mass. Question is, should i continue month two of insanity or introduce something a little different now.. IE hybrid/Insanity weights/P90x?
I don't want to get skinny.. i want to build a litte more mass a lost just a little more fat. I think i'll be burning the little excess fat i have by introducing weights, no?
What do guys think i should do?? Here's a pic of me from last year, and current state.
