| Hey Everyone,
I'm trying to put together an accountability group starting Nov 1, all programs are welcomed! I know it's VERY last minute, but I am starting the Hybrid Asylum V1 & V2 on Thursday Nov 1 and I know how well that these type of groups do. I just finished a rotation of P90x2, 60 days of Insanity and come the end of this month will finish with Asylum V1 with an accountability group and ALL of us had great results. So I decided that I wanted to keep going.
Who this group is perfect for:
- People who have wanted to get back into Insanity, P90x, but haven't had the motivation or the right support.
- People who are trying Insanity, Asylum or P90x2 for the FIRST time.
Nutrition and Supplements: Follow the meal Plan, nutrition is key to success. Shakeology is a great resource to ensure that your nutrition benefits are met and your body is fueled with all the nutrition it needs. I love P90X results and recovery; it helped me dramatically and ensured my muscles where able to keep up with the workout. Energy and Endurance, gave me the edge that I needed to continue and push myself harder and faster.
Equipment:
If you are using P90X or P90X2 some bands are key to getting the most of this workouts, they can even replace the need for a pull up bar. For insanity and Asylum, check your surface if you have a hard surface, you may need a mat for those crazy plyo workouts. Also don’t forget the Chin-up Max if you are determine to get better at doing pull ups it will be a great tool to have.
Motivation:
I am here to motivate you and the rest of the group. Post your questions and see if we can get you some answers. Believe it or not, Before and After pictures are crucial, when even you don't think you are seeing results the pictures will let you see how you are doing. Survive the first week, it is the hardest part of the workout and after that hard you will see how it becomes easier and you can do more.
Let's get it started right. Limited spots are available, as these groups usually work best with a small amount of people so you can get to know each other. Having a Facebook account will help everybody connect better, chat about workouts, ask questions, and eventually, congratulate people on results! Plus it will give you the ability to make lifelong friends that are pursing the same interest you have in fitness. We have a group page so hit me up if you are interested.
Like I said, I just finished Insanity, P90X2, and Asylum. I have lost 38 lbs, 8 in of my waist and gained some noticeable muscle, but I want to keep going. If you think you could benefit from the experiences and motivation from another dedicated person, definitely consider joining and let’s reach our goals together!
Above all else lets have some fun!!!
