Hi all!

I'm a 25 year old stay at home mom to an energetic 5 year old boy. I've been carrying some extra weight around since my son was born and I've decided that it's time to get healthy, and stay healthy! This weight will no longer hold me back.

I'm a new Beachbody Coach and I've decided to take the Beackbody Challenge to help keep myself accountable. I will be doing the Slim in 6 program. I will also be taking Shakeology on a daily basis to give my body the nutrients and energy it needs. I'm excited to get started! I hope to keep this enthusiasum throughout the whole program! I know I'll be needing some encouragement so feel free to post. We could help keep each other accountable and encourage one another!

Hi melissa - have you finished your progamme... how did it go?
I started yesterday and to be honest dont know who to fit in all the different workouts! emoticon

Thanks so much Linda!! I'll definitely try the slim & limber before bed, thanks for the other tips too.

I think once I hit the 6 week mark, I'll add the core cardio & thigh workouts.

And well done to you for reaching week 5!! How well have you done, do you mind sharing? And how many workouts have you managed each week?
