Hey all

My name is Sherrie, and I'm going to start a thread dedicated to TurboFire for ANYONE doing the program, at any point in the program, who needs motivation & accountability! No need for coach change & no need to be in a challenge Pack group. ANYONE can join this thread!

I will post my daily workouts and help to encourage, motivate, and keep you moving! I have been working out w/ Chalene and the TurboFire crew for almost 10 months straight, hardly missing a day!! I am a TurboFire crazy!! LOL I absolutely love it!!

I am on Week 5, day 4 of this round! Fire 45 done! I've altered my schedule a bit as I like my "rest day" to be at the "end" of my week or really whenever , I just didn't want that extra day off in between my HIIT days or Strength days emoticon

Today was a Happy Halloween!!

Came home from work this early am (0700 hrs) from my night shift in the ER, caught some zzzzzs then took our oldest daughter (14) to the hospital for her volunteer shift (she's candy striping) and then took our youngest daughter to the mall for trick or treating! so so cute! She was a princess this year and had quite a lot of fun. I find it much more safe for the younger ones. We will be doing that for the next few years, I think! One booth was giving away FREE books as treats!! Awesome, eh?!

The rest of the evening was just hanging with my fam. I work 12 hrs shifts... I am an RN in the ER. So, quality time is important! BUT I still got my workout done this evening! Fire 45EZ done! I had scheduled my "rest day" today, but always feel better when I work out, so after the family all went to bed, I completed my workout!

So, today was Fire 30 & Tone 30 for me! I had a great workout today! Which is no surprise as I just love working out with Chalene and the gang!

Suoer excited!! It's been 11 months since I started my Beachbody journey and I am so glad I found Chalene! Completely changed my life! And as a reward to myself for sticking with this wonderful new lifestyle, I am finally ordering Shakeology next week!!! Yay for me!!! I can't wait to see what all the fuss is about!!

Her personality is so inviting emoticon I have plans to start Les Mills Combat in December when it's shipped! So, I'll have to wait to get starts on ChaLEAN Extreme!!

Hi, I'm Nicole and I just ORDERED TurboFire during the promo. I am at 162 looking to get down to 132. So, thirty pounds to go. I'm 5'2", so this weight has got to go. I had hoped when I joined TeamBeach Body they would have some kind of a promo where I could get stuff for a steal. Glad I got the program.

I see that it's 6 days a week. Do any of you ladies have kids? When do you workout? I know these are going to be some pitfalls for me. You know what happens when you fail to plan!!!! I really would love to hear other reasons that keep you from working out so I can maybe work around them.

To answer your question.. Yes I have a family, and I'm an RN full-Tim working shift work... My husband is at home with our youngest! Sometimes it's hard, but honestly.. I've been working out to TurboFire nearly everyday for the last 11 months!! I can't go without it! Initially I just had to schedule it in and push play! I still pretty much plan when I have to get my workout in to get it done. Sometimes it's early morning, sometimes afternoon, and sometimes in the evening, or even before bed! But.. My family is ver supportive and just knows that ar least one hour of the day is allotted to my workouts!

You just have to find the time (actually make the time ;) ) to get them in. Just think of it as "ME" time! Plus, I think you'll become addicted to Chalene's amazing personality & positivity! She is sooooo much fun!

Hope to see you here when you get it in the mail!

I'm starting it as soon as I finished up ChaLEAN. It'll be ending at the perfect time. I want to sneak in Asylum Vol 1...so I'm going to try to do it with my last 3 weeks of ChaLEAN. I want to start Combat ASAP. I guess we'll see if I can handle doing both. This last month of CE is tough, so we'll see!

I'm a mother of an 11 month old and a student. It's tough, but I make sure no matter what to get my workout in. Even if it's at 11 at night. It's something I feel like I HAVE to do, just like brushing my teeth or eating dinner. You'll eventually figure out what time works best for you whether it be 5AM, 12PM, or 11PM. Just play around with the time and see what's best for you. Good luck!!

Hello Everyone! I've been checking this thread the past couple of days. It looks to be exactly what I'm looking for right now, so thanks CoachSherrie!

I'm another one that ordered TF during the first of the two recent sales, and it arrived today...woohoo! I'll be starting on Monday. I had planned to start w/The 5-Day Inferno, but I've decided to do it a little differently. I'm going to follow the schedule included in the box and in WOWY as the Fire Starter Schedule. I'll do the Intro Week as scheduled. Then I'll do The 5-Day Inferno before beginning week 2. This will be my first experience with Chalene, so I think doing it that way is best for me. I'm all about doing what's best for the individual. It took me a little while to get that understanding, but it's what I've been doing this year. I attribute that to my weight-loss in addition to the great BB programs. After years of carrying around the weight, losing regaining, etc., everything came together in 2012. Anyway, typed all of that to get to the point that I'll only be working out Mon-Fri, so it's going to take me longer to complete the program. If I feel like I can get one in on any given Sat. I will, but my history has taught me not to plan for it.

Sounds like you have a great plan for your workout schedule! and I agree that it's all about what is best for the individual! It has to work for the person.. or it WON'T work emoticon

So funny that your 4 yo joins in! My 3 1/2 yo daughter does too! Its so funny cause we had to buy her some pink 1lb weights and she'll get them and start doing exercises with them and me emoticon So awesome to teach our children the importance and enjoyment of a healthy, active life emoticon

So, I worked an OT nightshift in the ER last night which was an alright night emoticon

I did however get my workout in prior to emoticon

Fire 55EZ done. I was dragging at the end a little I must admit. First time in a long time... i was feeling tired. BUT then our amazing Chalene.. pumps out "you're not tired" and there it was ... my energy level jumped back up! I don't know how she does it... but she's awesome! Knows just when to say something to pump you up!!

Today, is my "rest day" and i think I'm gonna take it. My right shoulder is bugging me again... just a little.... think it needs a little break

My name is Tracie and I just started TurboFire on November 1. I had tried starting it in June but with moving and living at the in laws for the past few months it was hard for me to be able to do it. Now being in our own place I am able to do the program. Since moving I have gained 15 lbs and I now weigh 230 and my goal is to get down to 140. I need help with motivation. I have a bad addiction to candy and sweets and I need to get away from them. A little more about me, I'm 22 years old and I've been married for almost 2 years and we have a daughter who is 14 months. My husband's name is Doug and my daughter's name is Emerie. We moved from Nebraska to upstate New York in June. I'm originally from Nebraska and my husband is from New York and was in the Air Force and stationed in Nebraska. When he got out we came here. All my family and friends live in Nebraska so I don't really have anyone here for me except him and my daughter. It's been tough leaving everyone and this summer I turned to food. And that's how I ended up gaining 15 lbs. I also have depression too so it didn't help any either. Things have gotten a little better since I got a job at CVS and we have our own place now. But I'm ready now to start feeling better about myself and to become healthier not only for myself but for my family too. Today will be day 3 of TurboFire and I'm ready to crush it!! emoticon

Welcome! I have 2 daughters, almost 4 and 14! They are the lights of my life!
Congratulaltions on starting TurboFire! I am sure you're going to love it! I do! I can't wait to push play each day emoticon

I, too, moved away from all of my family back in the summer of 2010. My husband wanted to move as soon as we got together (2006) but I had to graduate University first (2008). So, I know all about moving away from your family and eating for comfort (especially the wrong foods). I struggled with my weight for years (as long as i can remember). up and down, up and down. I found Chalene, TurboFire, and teambeachbody in December of 2010, and have never looked back! the change has been unbelievable! I am such a believer!! At first, I wasn't sure. It appeared like it wasn't possible or that all these people were fit in the first place, but with time, perseverance, support from my husband and my team on facebook, and a commitment to myself... it has worked! and I am extremely satisfied with my results and am so excited about them, I just had to become a part of TeamBeachbody as a Coach in order to help others!! I've lost 34 lbs and many inches and have changed my body in ways I only imagined for soooooo long. It has become a lifestyle as opposed to a diet or fad! I can't imagine ever stopping! I suffered from depression when i was younger (teens to mid 20's) and am sure I still still have the tendencies as I have a long family history of depression and mental illness, but I have to say that this change in lifestyle really has made such a huge difference! I am so excited about life and love and the future, I live for each day! I live in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada and absolutely love where we live. I do miss everyone back home, but have come to realize and appreciate the move as a huge postive in my life. I don't want to move back!

Congrats on day 3! Don't you just love Chalene's Positive Energy! Glad to have you join this thread, and I hope that we can help to keep you motivated and committed emoticon

Hey Everyone,

How is your Sunday going? Did everyone switch their clocks back? Did you or are you going to use that extra hour to get your workouts in?

Fire 55EZ was my scheduled workout, and I decided to do the entire thing with my weighted gloves! Awesome workout!!

My right shoulder is pretty good today, but i think I may be starting to have a problem with my rotator cuff emoticon Hoping it doesn't get any worse. I would be devastated if I couldn't work out with Chalene everyday!!!

That one has to be my least favorite (stretch 40) !! Too boring for me!! I need uummpphh!! Lol


This morning was supposed to be fire 30 & sculpt 30, but I didn't plan very well so only got in Fire 30 before my 12hr 9-9 shift. Bleck!! My least favorite shift for sure!! So tomorrow will have to be both. I'll have to alter the rest of my week, but that's okay emoticon

So I got Fire 30 & Sculpt 30 done this morning! Feeling great! About to start my 12hr 9-9 shift in the ER! Good thing I got my workout in and have achieved my "high" this morning.. Cause here are my least favorite shifts!! Great way to start off the day!

What's on the schedule for everyone else today?!
