Turbo Fire and wanting to lean out more
Showing 11 results.
Hi Everyone!
I am walking testimonial for Turbo Fire. It changed my life! I have been doing it for over a year now and have been on break from it for about 2 months since I was training for a 10K.

I really really want to lean out more and look ripped. I love the benefits of turbo fire but I think my body is used to the moves and won't allow me to progress. I will still keep doing it because it is so fun and the calorie burn is well worth the 30-60 minutes.

Can you recommend another Beachbody program that will get me ripped. Like I want my arm muscles to show without flexing. I am willing to combine if I have to and do Turbo Fire plus the new program.

I have P90x....Considering that or the Les Mills Body Pump.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Hey There,

Well I have personally only done Brazilian Butt Lift and now doing Turbo fire. However, I believe what your looking for may be Chalean Extreme? Maybe take a look at it, from what I gather its main purpose is to tone. Good luck!

Hey thanks Court. I do have Chalene Extreme as well. I appreciate your input. I am undecided on what i want to do still. Most likely it is going to be P90x with TUrbo Fire as an addition.

Michelle, I saw your request and have an answer... It's RevAbs!! Although I am not doing it as my only workout, I'm doing a P90x/RevAbs hybrid, The Core and Cardio as well as some small lifting should "polish" you right up!! Although your husband should be very proud of you right now! Best of luck, buddy me or keep me posted if you need.... Mark

I do Chalean Extreme mornings and TurboFire in the afternoons and switch it up so I don't overlap any cardio or strength and the changes have been incredible in the just 2 months. Those two programs work great together, I would recommend Chalean Extreme.

THanks so much to everyone here! I hit the "restart" this morning. Did Fire 30, having a snack and going back to Burn circuit 1! I appreciate all your suggestions. I just know this is going to work! Will keep you all posted on my results.

I would recommend using P90X, Pump, Insanity, or Asylum. You'll be doing a lot of plyos and push ups in Insanity and Asylum, which will help those arms!

Brazil Butt lift is *surprisingly* good for your arms -- and abs! I did CLX first, but really leaned out and got GREAT definition with BBL. Good luck!

You have actually answered a question I had some concerns about. I am coming off of 2 rounds of Insanity and going into Turbofire, and I am a bit concerned about losing the toned muscles I have gained as a result of Insanity. I know my body needs a change as I am at a plateau, but I am thinking about creating my own Insanity/Turbofire hybrid.

Hi Everyone...Thank you all for your input.

I have done a lot of research and have come to a decision to commit to.

I will be doing Chalean Extreme in the A.m. according to schedule weekly and I will be doing Brazilian Butt Lift in the P.M. according to the schedule. I will not be doing the hybrid program I will be doing each program individually. I will also be adding a Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire to my day as I feel needed for extra cardio. Most likely on the Burn Circuit days of CE. 20-30 minutes. I also eat very clean. 5 meals a day of clean healthy foods and will be returning to Shakeology now that they re- reformulated! So excited about that!

I am hoping that this combo will give me max results by summer. I have lost over all body tone from not doing Turbo when I was training for the 10K running and also doing a heavy weight training program 3 times a week. It bulked me instead of leaning me out.

My goals are to lean out and get ripped. I love working out at home and I am so grateful for Beachbody in my life!

I will keep you posted on my results. Thank You again for all your help!
