Let's Go are you ready to start #2 on Monday the 5th? I have completed the first Asylum twice and the P90X hybrid also. I could use your help and encouragement along the way. So take your measurements lets get committed to this for 30 days. You will be in the best shape of anyone in the room on Thanksgiving.

I'm in. I have done Turbo Fire, P90X Lean and P90X2. I am a mom of 4 kids and am looking to loose what I have left of baby weight and tone up a bit more. Eating is the hard part for me.

I'm in. I will be starting tomorrow. I am on the road monday through thursday every week. I need to get as many of the workouts done while I am home because of space issues and the equipment needed. I will do X-Trainer tomorrow, Upper Elite on saturday, Power Legs on sunday and Back and 6 Pack on monday morning before I go to the airport. That only leaves Championship to do in my hotel room on wednesdays.

I have been doing P90X, P90Xplus, P90X2, Insanity and Insanity the Asylum since June of 2009.

I also think I might be the olderst person in the US to Have A1 and now A2. I am 63.

I will let you know how X-Trainer goes. It looks like a killer.

I did X-Trainer this morning (Day One of Asylum Volume 2). Very difficult. I need alot of work on my agility and on the leaping pushups. I also need to drop down five pounds on the dumbbell pyramid the first few times.

I know some have discussed which was harder, X-Trainer or Vertical Plyo. I think they are both equally as hard. I do find Vertical Plyo tougher on my quads. I build up a lot of lactic acid during the warm up and throughout, so it may seem "harder."

X-Trainer is more on the calves from all the Agility moves.

Nonetheless, X-Trainer was killer. My goal, as always, is to master it by the end of the 30 days.

I also have set a goal of losing 12 pounds by the end of the year. I have become re-miss in the last few months. I don't know if I can do it in 30 days. It might take another round of Volume 2 in December.

We shall see.

Tomorrow is Upper Elite. I am looking forward to more embarrassment.

Hey guys count me in !! I started on Saturday ..

Ok so X trainer was not too bad . I still have to get used to the moves i feel like i am learning to dance. I keep hitting the ladder and its ticking me off !

Did upper elite this morning ! love this .. love it !

So far i am liking asylum 2 . It is not as crazy as the first one in that i think that he eases you into the workout unlike vol 1 where i thought that the workout started full throttle from the beginning . but i am still feeling it . my arms are dead !

I did Power Legs yesterday and Back and 6 Pack this mornign before going to the airport.

i loved Power Legs. I liked Back and 6 Pack too. I need a lot of improvemen on the pulls ups. I haven't been doing them lately. There is a superman/mountain climber progression while holding a dumbbel that is CRAZY.

I like V2 better than V! so far. I like the more agility nature of it and the mega-pushups throughout.

I am thinking seriously of doing the 60 V1/V2 hybrid after this round. It should be awesome.

Just completed X Trainer and I really need to work on my agility and those push ups. My arms are shaking. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout.

I did Back and 6 Pack yesterday morning before going to the airport. I am sore since I haven't been doing pull ups lately. Good workout. I did the Stretch thing this morning.

I will do Championship and the Fit Test tomorrow morning. Looking forward to it.

This program rocks in my book.

Oh man are my arms tired tonight?! That was killer upper body workout. I really liked how tone my arms got before but I felt I still needed some work on my abs and well Shaun T delivered exactly what I needed. There is no way I can do all of those pushups, but I'm not giving up, next time I'll do more and the time after that even more! KPP

I did Championship and the Fit Test this morning. I really like Championship. I did five complete rounds of the Fit Test. I wanted to do more but couldn't but now I have something to shoot for on improving.

Sorry guys I have problems logging back in?? I Love the work-outs so far Great new moves! The burnout sessions are intense they definitely take everything left in the tank. That is a great feeling. I am sore.

I did Upper Elite this morning for the second time. I upped my dumbbells by five pounds. I got a lot out of it but could only do fewer reps. I will stick at this weight (20s) next week and see how I do.

I was burned out on Insanity and Asylum by the end of July so I set a personal challenge to do 15,000 pushups and 15,000 situ ups in August (minimum of 500 of each in one session) but the way Shaun T sets the psuh ups in between curls and shoulder presses and agility drills, I am still struggling (which is a good thing).

I am still loving this program. And I am even more motivated to do the V1 and V2 hybrid when I am done with my first round of V2.

Shaun T is a genius and highly diabolical.

Power Legs tomorrow.

PS I actualy queried Beachbody to see if I was the oldest idiiot to do these programs. I am 63. I never heard from them. That also motivates me. I defintely will do the V1/V2 hybrid included in the package once I finish V2.

Way to go Marc. X-Trainer pushup sequence is tough the hardest part is holding a solid plank. Man does that ever work the core!

No joke about the push up sequence, I did better than the first time though. Those mountain climbers really get my core burning. I'm really enjoying Asylum 2. I can't believe we just started week 2 already, whoohoo!
