Hello fellow Insaniacs!
Like you all, I LOVE the Asylum workouts. However, the one thing I dislike is the lack of variety. The same 6 workouts week after week gets old after just a couple weeks! I'm looking to assemble a QUALITY challenge group to tackle the
84 Day Hybrid Schedule Beachbody has put together encompassing Insanity, Asylum, and Asylum 2.
Is anyone else interested in this? I'd like to start Nov. 5, 2012...
