I havent been feeling really energized lately for workouts lately,so I looked at my numbers and this is what I found.
I am a 33 year old male 5'6" 162lbs. I am doing a P90x/Insanity Hybrid. I just finished a round of Insanity 2 months ago.
My Intake for a typical day is 2,212 Cal. 192g Carbs, 212g Protein, 65g Fat, and my Sodium I think is High at 3,799mg. I think I need to loose about 10lbs. If I stayed around that weight and could finally see my abs, that would be awesome.

Hybrids require more fuel and greater carb content...I'd think about adding a serving of carbs to your diet and see how you feel...

I agree with Bandit, just doing the INSANITY calorie calculations I am showing you need to be around 2400 calories or so to lose weight correctly and since you are doing the hybrid it may need to be a little more. Believe it or not there is a lot of truth in you need to eat more to lose more. I have a coach that I work with that lost 3 lbs last week by adding 200 calories of food to her diet.

Yep. Less protein. More carbs. Up the calories a bit.

Thanks for the help. I increased my carbs and calories, decreased my protein and sodium and I am feeling better. I had good increases in my workouts so far this week. emoticon I even lost some weight!!!
