After Twins, RevAbs Gave Me My Body Back
After Twins, RevAbs Gave Me My Body Back
beachbody challenge daily contest

Meet Cynthia A.! She participated in The Beachbody Challenge and won the $500 Daily Prize for November 21st!

"During pregnancy with my twins I gained 75 pounds. Within 6 months I lost 60 pounds, but couldn't lose the last 15. I hated my body, I felt tired all the time, and sad that I’d never get back the body I had before. I was embarrassed to go anywhere, and would not allow my husband to see my body. I needed a change.

One day I heard Dr. Oz on TV with Brett Hoebel, discussing RevAbs. I thought, "Why not give it a try?” I figured RevAbs would be a great start to strengthening my abdominals and getting my tummy flat again.

From the very first workout I fell in love with RevAbs. I thought the greatest challenge would be finding the time. But the longest RevAbs workout is 45 minutes, which was the perfect amount to enjoy and not stress about all the other things I had to do.

Thanks to RevAbs, I lost those stubborn 15 pounds AND THEN SOME—20.5 pounds total! I love who I am now. I’m toned and muscular, I feel stronger and more energetic, and I’ve learned to eat delicious, healthy food without feeling deprived. My husband loves my new body. I am so much happier, and I have so much confidence! RevAbs gave me my body back."

You can change your life, too. Take The Beachbody Challenge™, for the ultimate motivation to get fit! Select any Beachbody® program and once you complete it, share your results for your chance to win cash and prizes.

Hi Kuiarra. It is hard to find any posts or groups about RevAbs. Unfortunately, it is not given the same attention that P90X and Insanity get. I can say from my personal experience that RevAbs will always be my favorite. I almost thought it would be impossible to reshape my body once my twins were born. I even thought (very momentarily) of getting a tummy tuck but I didn't want to go through surgery nor would I have been able to take care of my 2 teenage kids as well as my twin babies during a long recovery. RevAbs changed my body, my health, the way I eat, and most importantly gave me a confidence in myself that I have NEVER had my entire life. I know it can get discouraging at times. I also got discouraged while I was doing RevAbs because at first I wasn't seeing any results but I decided I did enjoy the workouts and the diet was all very delicious recipes, I never felt deprived food wise. So I decided to finish the entire program simply because I felt good that I was doing something for my health. By the end of the second phase is when I really started to see changes in my mirror reflection. By the start of Phase 3, I noticed I no longer avoided the mirror when I would go to take a shower. I started to feel great and my clothes became so big I had to buy all new clothes. By the end of Phase 3, my six pack came through, I felt great, and again my new clothes from Phase 2 were all too big again so I ended up having to buy yet another wardrobe. Expensive, yes, but such a great feeling. I now wear a size 0 in jeans, I feel great, I am healthy and confident. The biggest thing is to enjoy the workouts you are doing. My advice to you would be to finish out the program, you are already more than half way there. Stick to the diet as much as possible, like Brett always says "abs are made in the kitchen"...sooooo true. Send me a friend request or I will send one to you. Anytime you feel like talking or asking questions or just need a motivational pick up, send me a message. Sorry I went on so long, I just really love RevAbs and really want others to benefit from it as much as I did.

Thanks for your response. I have that dreaded belly pooch and I only have one kid. I just let myself go and didn't do anything for years. Tried insanity but got hurt second week into month two, so I got rev abs. I'm so happy I can get thru the DVD without stopping. I plan on finishing it thru but I want that lower part to go away. Anything in particular I should hit hard when I do the DVDs? Like which moves are the lower parts so that I hit it hard? Please MSG me.
