My Weakness... Legs!

Anyone else have this problem? Like within 15-20 mins (even sooner but I push it) My legs start to give out and get weak I been doing build for 3 weeks and still can't go longer then that with legs.. Anyone have any recommendations? Or are my legs just weak.

Sounds like an ego-check might be in order!

Just dial back your weights a bit and get through the whole thing. Then, when you can get through the whole thing without a problem, increase the weights a bit. Rinse and repeat.......

I would take this advice. Not sure what your 15 rep weight is, but dial it down. "It's a long way home" with these Build routines.

i agree with these guys ^^^. dial back your weights or even drop the weights mid-set if you feel like you absolutely can't finish a set and your form is going bad. also just pause if you have to sit down and take a breather for an extra 30 seconds or a minute... preferably between sets. don't rest too long though. jump back in as soon as you can.

There is no shame in dialing back the weights. In fact, there is nothing wrong with dropping to virtually nothing on the moves. If you remember, Lots of moves in P90x Legs were done with no weights. Whatever it takes to get the workout in. Even if you use no weight your legs will be stronger than if you just skipped the workout.

I did Build Legs today and struggled immensely. I paused a whole bunch. My heart rate was through the roof and I just couldn't keep up. I did manage to keep consistent with my weight from last week and even went up on some things, but overall, I took a lot of breaks.

NOBODY likes to work legs, including me. However, I am getting rid of my chicken legs.
