I lost a pound of fat according to my scale and my bf% decreased by 1, I can also lift more weights but I don't see any physical changes, I feel like my problem areas are still as much as a problem. These are my 30 day results

I can see the changes.....keep focused on your goal. If you are not dropping, then look at your nutrition is that is usually where the problem lies......I can certainly see the muscular changes....keep up the good work Band!

I can see a difference. Your legs look more toned and you have leaned out overall. Don't sweat the scale too much. It is a deceitful SOB during this program, especially the first 60 days.

Just stay consistent and you will see changes, as tony horton says in P90X rome wasn't built in a day and neither is your body emoticon

Nice work, keep it up! I can totally see a difference. Keep pushing it. I didn't see results til around day 45ish. Stick it out, give it everything you've got for an hour a day and you'll get what you're looking for by day 90. Trust me, I'm not a doctor.

there are differences. your midsection has tightened up a bit and your thighs are thinner. keep at it. thirty days is not where you're going to see the bulk of your progress.
