7 months of P90x/Insanity Hybrid, Shakeology, Asylum V1, & P90x2
I went from 285 to 209. Never have I ever felt better. I lost over a FOOT in my waist! 4 in off my neck. I never thought I would have a 6 pack.

Woowww nice results, i was at 285 this summer and did instanity twice and now im at 220, im thinking about starting p90x and im guessing what weight should i use like for bi's tri's etc..

Woody, way to cut that weight. P90x is awesome for building nice lean muscle. As far as weights go, i use the bowflex selecttechs 5-52.5s. they should cover about 90% of all the lifts you'll need to do. Since then i got some powerblocks that go from 5-85. Depending on how good your form is, the amount of weight can be fairly light. If you have bad form and toss it up by moving your body, you are prolly lifting too heavy. Pick a weight you can control at a nice pace for 6-9 reps and you'll have great results.
Kmart, I eat a lot of Chicken and Fish. I buy in bulk at Costco/Sams and cook them on the weekend. Put them in the fridge and eat them througout the week. I'll have some mixed veggies and some string cheese with them usually to. I drink almond milk with my protein (dymatize iso-100) and greek yogurt is a great source of protein too. If you have MyFitnessPal, feel free to add me as my food diary is public. My user name is MKoalenz. Now my diet will be changing as I try to put on more lean muscle and not focus so much on cutting fat. So I will be having more carbs, but you can look back in my history. I have been using it for over 285 days now.

From looking at your after pictures it looks like your stretch marks are gone. Is that correct??? I'm on week 2 of P90X, and I've already dropped 12 lbs, and feeling great. I started at 284, and too be honest my body looks to have the same rough spots yours did. I have had love handles my whole life, and I have minor stretch marks (noticeable) around my lower abs.

Any tips on the love handles, because bro YOURS ARE GONE!

@Ronaldmelting - They have lightend, they are almost gone. Yea I really didn't have a big gut, but i had the love handles. Honestly, i don't think there is a way to target one area on your body, you just have to lose body fat and they will melt away. I started off with a P90x/Insanity hybird. It built muscle (which helps burn calories) and had plenty of cardio to help melt the fat away faster. Keep it up! Also, pay special attention to your nutrition as that is a bigger part of your results.

@Maverick43 - I really didn't follow a nutrition plan (P90x,Insanity, etc.) I really focused on my calorie intake (about 1500-1850) and macronutrient breakdown. I am a firm beleiver that a breakdown of 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fats are optimal for shredding fat. Those are goals, and most of the time i would hit about 40/40/20. I get a lot of chicken breasts & fish from CostCo or Sams, then just bake them on sundays for the rest of the week. Then i usually pair that up with some mixed veggies. Fage Greek yogurt is a good, low fat, high protein food source too. If I have a sandwhich, I put it on the 100 calorie flatout flatbreads. No Mayo or Ketchup, switch it out with Mustard and Salsa. Of course I have my Shakeology every morning with some extra whey isolate protein, PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and/or a banana.
My diet is/will be changing tho as i move to Body Beast. I will be consuming more calories and complex carbs. But if you friend me on MFP, you can go back and look at my food diary since i started. Also, I cut out alcohol for the 90 days of X2 and reduced it before that. Talk about empty calories.
