I put these two hybrids together. One of them is basically the same as the Advanced Hybrid schedule that comes with the volume 2 package, but I incorporate yoga and don't have you doing doubles.
The second is an X2/Asylum hybrid I put together. It incorporates volume 1 and 2 asylum while sticking to the main structure of the X2 resistance program. I personally feel like it would be an incredible schedule for most anyone who has already completed X2 and Volume 2.
Just wanted to share if anyone was looking for something a little different.
