What if you do not need to lose weight?
I have ordered Beachbody Ultimate Reset, because I was inspired by the idea of improving my healthy and getting more energy. But, I do not need to lose weight. I weigh 110 pounds and am 5' 2". Also, I am starting to read the different comments, and I cannot afford to have headaches, loss of energy, etc. because my work is highly demanding and I have to be in top form to stay on top of it. Any ideas? Thank you!
Kristin

Kristin,

It is still a good idea to do the Reset because weight loss is not the main point of doing it. For those who do have a lot to lose, it is one heck of an added benefit, but the main point is to clean out all the junk that accumulates in us over time from living in such a polluted environment.

Hope that helped some,

Steve

I have to be on top of my game too. So I was also a bit worried especially as I am working extra shifts this week. But I am on day 6 and so far my headaches were mild and I haven't been tired or hungry. I am a bit worried about week 2 but we shall see.

I haven't done the reset, but I had a friend who did it, and didn't need to lose any weight. She still stuck to the guide and the recipes but would just eat more then the serving size indicated in the guide. For example if something called for 1 cup of something, she might have had 1 1/2 - 2 cups of it. Seemed to work for her because she only lost 2 pounds, had tons of energy, and felt fine through the whole thing.
