Hey there.. the trick is to not starve yourself all day. You need to be eating every 2 to 3 hours, small meals about 300 to 400 calories depending on your daily activity. Some days I eat 6 meals. It has really helped me lose 40 lbs over the last year and a half.
I use to be the same way.. starve all day thinking that it would help me lose weight but it does the complete opposite. Drinking water is great.. but you need to add #1...protein to your diet. It is sooo important. Also, i would suggest drinking shakeology in the morning as your first meal.
