Hello guys/girls

Im a 22 year old male, weighing in at 360lbs!!! Im fed up of being embarassed to go out and its time to get my life back! Ive just purchased hip hop abs and im going to use this to get me back into excercise. I plan to move on to the power90/p90x workout programmes once my energy level increases

Im always looking for help and support and want to be active in the forums, i will also post a before and after photos once im done!!

Wish me luck guys, if anyone can give me any tips it will be hugely appreciated!

Hey Andy,

Congratulations on making the decision to change your life. Hip hop abs is a great program to start with. I started with it myself back in April and had fun with it. Shawn T is great in it and moves are easy to learn quickly.

After hip hop abs I went on to P90X and will be finishing my second round next week. I got great results from all the programs and must say Beachbody is a great company.

Remember the formula for a successful program is Fitness, diet and support. Feel free to buddy request me. I'd love to hear how you do and answer any questions you may have.

Hey I have just got hip hop abs today and am in the same place i weigh in at 250 and want to loose it. I did the first day today but its the eating healthy that i struggle with most. emoticon

The healthy eating i will struggle with also, however im just going to try and battle through it and think of the end result emoticon

Watch your diet. Figure out where your calorie range should be. If you don't know how, I can help with that, as well as others here. Join one of the discussions that have other folks working out too to help keep you motivated. It has helped me. I'm in day 60 of P90X and have lost 16 pounds so far.

Congrats on making the decision to change, I know what it is like to have a lot to lose. When I made the decision to get fit I was 265 lbs and wore a size 46 now I am 145 lbs and wear a size 30 (check out my profile). Biggest thing to keep in mind is to shoot for the small goals, all the small goals lead you to the final goal and hitting those small goals really keep you motivated. It is a lot easier to say WooHoo I lost the 5 lbs I was trying to lose this week than it is to say man I still have 130 lbs to go. That little change in perspective makes a huge difference.
