Hi, I'm not sure what program is going to give me the results I want. I want overall fitness the cardio, weights and yoga but I don't want to lose weight. I need to add size to my small frame..and yeah I'm a female and I WANT TO BULK. I'm doing power 90 right now just to get in better shape then I must make the big decision. Here are some photos so you can have an idea of what I want to look like.

Hi,
If you want cardio, yoga and weights, I would say p90x. I do not believe Body Beast does Yoga. For P90x, stick to the 8-10 rep range for gaining mass.

I have to agree with the P90X. Stick to 8-10 reps, and make sure you're really working on the last 2-3 reps with the weight you've picked. It also has Yoga which body beast doesn't.

I don't lift light weights I always lift weight that give me a challenge until it becomes too easy then I increase the weights. Sadly it is hard to find 12 lbs and 17lbs weights so I have to use that same weight and do a lot of reps until I can move up in my weight and do at least 8 reps with a heavier set of weights. Only bodyweight exercises that I do are pushups and dips everything else is weighted. Is that good enough for bulking? I have to keep adding 250-500 cals to keep gaining weight right? I want to follow my own diet and use my own supplements. When it comes to diet I only count calories and protein but I make sure I get some veggies, fruits, carbs, fats and protein in my diet.

I am female and I just finished Body Beast, I gained 7 pounds but dropped to 17.9% body fat so overall it was great. Like above posers said if you want cardio and yoga those workouts just aren't in Beast, you do get one day of cardio though.

If your weights are to heavy try to aim for 4 - 6 reps instead of doing the 16 reps with the lighter weight which will aid in bulking up. You could also do the 16 reps with the light weights followed by 4 reps with the heavy weight.

wal-mart has 2.5 and 5 pound plates for cheap! you could easily put together some 12.5 lbs. and 17.5 lbs. weights for a low price. check it out.

Go from Power 90 to P90X and then, after that, you'll have more clarity about how you wish to continue.

Ever considered adjustable dumbbells? I have the bowflex ones and they adjust in 2.5 lbs from 5 to 25 then go to 50 in increments of 5. I believe they may sell them in 25, 50 and 100 lbs but I would double check. Maybe it's only 50 and 100. I like them but there are other brands out there too.
