I am a mom to a 3 yr old & a wife to an awesome hubby. Did Insanity in June & saw some results. Am in month 2 of P90x. I love p90x. Gave me guns I never thought I can have. The only problem is my midsection. I can't get it to tone up. I did the Ab ripper X like on days I should but still......
This is what I eat everyday :
Breakfast: Shakeology with fruits smoothie
Snack : nuts
Lunch: Chicken Salad or fish
Dinner : Chicken salad or fish
And Nothing after 7pm...just water.....
I workout after I get home from work & I drink post recovery drink with whey protein while doing my workout.
I am 5'2 & petite weigh 115lbs. I have been trying to lose the weight and wanting to go back to my pre pregnancy weight which is 105lbs. My goal is to lose the 10lbs, toned up with definitions.
