New Fit Challenge starting November 19th!!! Who's in??
Hello everyone! We will be starting a new fit group on November 19th to get fit during the holiday season! This year is all about getting lean during the holidays and get a jump start on your new year's resolution!! We have a few new members to the beachbody community joining in on the group and hopefully we can have a few seasoned vets as well!!! Who's in???

I'm planning to start on November 19th as well. Completed Round 1 in June of 2011. It is time for me to bring it again. I love this program and the way it makes me feel! My goals are to feel strong, energized, and to lose weight. I was able to accomplish those goals last time but now I am back to "modified" pushups and bigger size jeans! Time to push play (right after my Disney trip!)

Hey Kristen!! I'm glad you had AMAZING results with your first round of p90x!! Are you currently in a fit group for your upcoming start date?? Also wanted to ask if there was anything else you did other than p90x that helped contribute to your great results such as the Results and Recovery formula or Shakeology?? Last but not least.. did you do your before and after pics to get your p90x t-shirt your first round?? If not, you should do that the second round. Who wouldn't love a free t-shirt!!!!

No, I am not in a fit group, but was very active in the message boards my last round and it totally motivated me and was helpful. I did doubles for a bit, but maybe for only 3 weeks or so. Last time I did the results and recovery formula, but I think it may have been too many calories for me. I'm planning to just do 1 scoop on lifting days, and maybe plyo. I followed the nutrition guide last time and had plenty of energy for my workouts. This time I'm going to cut back on my calories but still stick with the nutrition plan, maybe even extend phase 1 nutrition. I already know I am capable of this (wasnt sure last time), so a little hunger wont discourage me too much. I still had great results with a little wine on the weekends and I travel a ton, so i just did the best I could with maybe 3-4 splurges in the 90 days. I tried a shakeology sample and I got a headache, so didn't order a supply. I get migraines so I can be sensitive, but it is all natural so it doesn't really make sense. I'm thinking about giving it another try. With just one sample it may have been a coincidence. I have a busy life and it may make dinners easy on me! Do you love it? Everyone I've talked to absolutely loves it. I did before and after pics last time but didn't get the shirt. I may take a few quick pics as those are nice to have and can be motivating. I'd rather keep the pics private and skip the t- shirt, but that's just me! What do you find most helpful? What else do you do besides P90x? Favorite supplements? Favorite meals? Favorite workout?

Hey Kristen! Yes, I do love the shakeology! What flavor did you try?? I like the original chocolate formula but have not tried the new superfood one. I am in LOVE with the vegan tropical strawberry. I mix it with a little almond milk or silk and a banana...It's to die for!!!! If you haven't tried the vegan strawberry yet, I would recommend trying it again. I find being a coach to be most helpful by starting my challenge groups. It helps me to stay accountable because I have to be an example for my customers! And that is what beachbody is all about. Helping people change their lives! Besides p90x I have completed Insanity one round. After this round of p90x, I have Les Mills Pump waiting to be opened under my bed and I have Les Mills Combat on pre-order for the spring! I play baseball during the summer so I like to get in shape before the season. My favorite supplements would include the Results and Recovery Formula, Shakeology, and the p90x bars. When it comes to meals, I am a HUGE fan of humus! So any types of chicken wraps I love. Favorite workouts would have to be a toss up between plyo, kenpo x, and yoga!

I tried the chocolate. It tasted great. Maybe I will order vegan strawberry. Seems to be the favorite. Last time around plyo was my favorite workout. I'm not even a little bit coordinated, graceful, quick, or athletic - so it felt really good to improve myself in those areas (much needed). I'm an athlete at heart, but I lack the reflexes and I'm not particularly competitive. That is great that p90 x gets you in shape for baseball. I'm just a soccer mom trying to keep up with my fit husband! He's the athlete in our family. When I finished p90 x, I knew I couldn't beat him at basketball or anything, but I knew I could run farther and do more jumping jacks and crunches. Ha ha.

I'm glad you like coaching. It is a great way to stay involved and get some discounts on products you love. Must be rewarding.

Is anyone else planning to start on or around the 19th? It would be nice to fill out this board a bit, although we are off to a friendly and supportive start! Seems like we may have some lurkers, as we have had a few views. It is a great time of year to begin. We are early, I'm sure!

I actually do my challenge groups through a facebook account as many people check that DAILY if not 10 times a day. I have three people currently in the November 19th group and I am talking with 3-4 more that might be ordering and starting. A lot of people are hesitant because they have tried so many diet and exercise plans that have failed them in the past. If you are interested and have a facebook, let me know and I could add you to the group page!
