Finished the 63 day Insanity workout
I just finished my 63 days of insanity workout, lost approx 25 lbs and several inches. Would have lost more but was not using the meal plan. My question for anyone is what next as i want to lose another 30lbs or so. should i start the whole process over or start at the max intervaal part tht i have been in the last 4 weeks and just repeat that part. Any recommendations!!

tapjam,

Congratulations on completing Insanity!

My recommendation for you is to start from the very beginning again if you wish to continue with Insanity. As for the meal plan, I would suggest you look through the nutrition guide and see what foods you may like. If you have any more questions, I will be more than happy to answer them for you!

Keep Pushing Play!

I agree that you should start back at day 1 after taking a week or two of recovery. I started my 2nd round on October 8 and was worried that the month 1 dvds would not be enough after finishing those Max workouts, but they are plenty hard. I push harder and make sure my form is right and I am loving it...

Thanks for the input and that was my thought. Should i take a week recovery? As for the food I have used a lot of there ideas and are eaing lower glycemic index foods and was taking oral diabetes medicine both in the morning and night and have now quit taking the night one. I just like my pasta and a ribeye and pizza evey once in a while. the thing with the work out is I dont feel that guilty as i know it will be worked off.

Thanks for the input and support.

Hi Tapjam

I would agree that starting again is a great idea, you know what it takes to finish this program, you are an INSANITY GRADUATE !!!!!!!!!!! That is a huge accomplishment, now it is up to you how much more you want to commit, nutrition is very important, but it is not about making drastic changes, yes those will get you results, but you don't want to revert back to your old habits because you feel deprived. This is about integrating these programs into your life and making small consistent and sustainable changes.

Congratulations again and remember we are here for you, feel free ot ask any question you might have emoticon
