Incorporating Master Series with Regular P90

I just finished day 52 of Power 90 and I've been doing level 3/4 cardio for a long time. I feel like I could use a bit more of a challenge. Would it be good idea to swap out the level 3/4 cardio for some of the cardio from the master series? Or should I complete all 90 days of Power 90?

Its generally recomended to complete each program as is before sarting to mix it up or even make it into a hybrid. But P90 is an odd-ball program in that it is not scripted to the day you move on to another wo. You determine that for yourself. The P90 guide book even says so, page 12, paragraph 2, sentence 4.

However, you did not say if you are already in decent shape or not, but considering that sweat 3/4 is no longer challenging, you can jump to P90MS sweat 5/6. You can always use wrist/ankle/vest weights and/or hold a medicine ball of whatever weight you can hold thru-out the wo.

KPP!

I'm still overweight by about 30 pounds. But my cardiovascular fitness comes back pretty quick and I run three days a week. I wouldn't say that sweat 4/5 is no longer challenging -- just not as much as a challenge as before. I think I might try adding some weights to increase the challenge. Thanks for the feedback!
