My name is Coach Beardemphl....to say my name its like beer you drink & dimple when you smile Beardemphl emoticon

How would you like to win a $25 dollar beachbody gift card????
Join my team & I'll be having a drawing at the end of the thread for who has stayed the most consistent & committed to be healthy.

Join us if you're looking for support!
Currently we are doing a variety of program & have a variety of goals, But where all here for the same reason!!!
SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY
We have all made the commitment, payed for the programs. So lets get our moneys worth. I can promise you that if you stick with it you will not only double, triple & make your money back in results but you'll find a new you when you look in the mirror emoticon WHO IS THAT NEW PERSON!!!! its a new wonderful & healthy you!

Nutrition and Food: Its highly recommended that we all take at least a multi-vitamin. most of us are not eating the correct portions of food or the food that we eat doesn’t have nutrient dense requirements needed. Food on the other hand is the best way to get our supplements but this is very hard and especially when you are first starting out. Each Beachbody program comes with a diet guide, read it and ask questions please!!!

WATER : Make sure you are staying hydrated!!! when you think you've had enough remember... There are people that say we don't need any more than 64 oz. of water and while that might be true for someone that doesn't work out, we are not those people. So drink up. If you don't care for water or just want to add some flavor...try adding a slice of lemon, orange & even cucumber to it yumm!

SLEEP: Sleep is key for weight loss & Most people have too many things going in their life and sleep is the first thing to take a hit. If you think about our bodies as machines then Exercise is the engine running, Food and Nutrients are the fuel, water is the coolant and sleep is the repair and maintenance. If you don't repair the machine it will break down, so get your sleep & a cat nap if you can too...purrfect...LOL

GOALS: This means it is time to pull out the tape measure and the camera. Lots of people focus on the scale for their one and only measurement. I do have to admit Its hard for even me to leave the scale alone. But accept the fact that this is the worst measurement to go by. Body Fat and inches will tell you success. Thats wear I saw my success at first & Im glad I pulled out my measuring tape because the scale didn't move for 2 weeks but 2.5 inches did on my waist emoticon

How to take measurements: http://www.teambeachbody.com/showcase/-/bcp/85189103001/96438?referringRepId=96438

We are all in this together so lets ROCK THESE PROGRAMS & OUR GOALS TOGETHER!!!

IM NOT DONE YET ..... WHO'S READY TO JOIN ME???

What's up coach?

You're going to love Body Beast. I'm in my last 2 weeks of it now and I'm really impressed with the results so far.
After this it's a week off, then the Asylum...then another round of the Beast!

Losing 78 lbs is incredible. You should be extremely proud of yourself!

Woowhee...10 miles is a nice distance!
In the spring when it warms up I'll be incorporating some running back into my routines. I'll need it since I'll be getting ready for a Tough Mudder.

I did Build:Legs yesterday in Body Beast. I only have a week and a half left!

Hey Coach:Nice spot you have here. Great information. Wow, 10 miles, my max is about six, but then again I have never been much for running. Hat's off to you for that.

I am smack dab in the middle of Asylum 2, today will be upper Elite, and I can't wait to sweat!

Digging deeper that ever,

Rob

Thanks Rob....I have never been much of a runner either really not a runner at all...lol. But beachbody showed me that I could do so much more than what I thought I could do in my own mind.

I think after bodybeast Asylum will be my next stop, how are you enjoying it...any suggestions for me about it?

Running more than ever, Carlie

Hi, just got home last night. so 13 days off. I did CLX burn intervals to get myself warmed up and back in the swing. that has some cardio and endurance weights, so it was good for me. little bit of both worlds. hoping my TF gets here Sat, so I plan to start on Monday, will see how it looks, might throw in some weight days too.

hope it takes off!

I'll definitely be posting my pics.

I'm so stoked about it...from day 1 to the end of phase 2 (bulk block) I went from 158 lbs to 167 lbs..and my lean body mass increased from 142 lbs to 152 lbs...which means a 10 lb increase in muscle alone!
How cool is that? emoticon

Now in the cut phase, I'm sure I'll come down from 167, because I actually lose weight pretty easy (I have a hell of a time gaining though). However if my lean body mass increase is still between 7-10 lbs, I'll be thrilled!

When are you officially starting the Beast? I'm going for another round starting Dec. 31.

Accountability day 1 of RevAbs-total strength & mercy abs. I liked total strength ok, grabbed heavy enough weights to really work, doesn’t seem as much fun as CLX, mercy abs yes it was hard, but kind of boring, think I would rather do ARX. Think I will go through all of them so I know which ones I can stick into something else. hoping TF gets here tomorrow.

Those are some great results. All be looking forward to the pic's emoticon..Im also looking forward to 10 lbs of muscle added to my body.

I guess the grass is always greener on the other side...I gain weight easy. But Im finding the more I stay active & eat right it & stick with a beachbody program that is not the case anymore.

But a plus With you leaning down quick you will see your muscle definition better & how much more cut you are. You should have some amazing pictures to show off.

I don't have a date yet but I know soon...Im waiting for a friend to order their challenge pack so we can start together.
Anyone else is welcome to jump in the group too I have 3 men & 1 women ( me ) in the group now.

I did Insanity twice & got better results the second time...I think really knowing the moves & being more fit really helped me push harder...IM thinking maybe A hybrid of the two programs or Asylum next emoticon
God bless Carlie

it's cold, but not bitter yet. 31 this AM, now up to 45 and sunny. yes, I need a plan to do my best! I worked hard this morning, but my heart was not really ion it. emoticon you could tell, right??

We went to a farm toy show in Iowa, yep we are crazy, but had a blast, then to the steam engine museum with lots of old antique tractors and steam engines. Went through a JD plant and watched them build a tractor, went to the old John Deere historical site in Ill, where John the blacksmith built his first plow-then the company eventually ended up as what we know as John Deere today, but he never saw a tractor. we took the camper and was toasty warm, now will put it away till next year. We both enjoy looking at all that old stuff.

now to get busy, kids coming tonight, son-in-law will deer hunt tomorrow, we will play with grandkids!!!

bless you!
